Excellent service. Each time I go in there, the workers are pleasant and professional and they always prepare my order correctly.
She asked me what sandwich do you want, and I said “tuna”. She then proceeded to put some other meat on it, and when I said I wanted “ tuna” I asked her can you just make it again, but throw that bread out, and she said I can take the meat off but I said I can’t eat that because it’s haram. And then I just left the store.
I've been coming here for lunch for years, and the experience is always wonderful. Dimpal greets every customer with a warm smile. She remembers her regulars' orders, which makes every visit feel personal and welcoming :)
I frequently order from this Subway. Although it is a small location, the staff has always provided excellent service.

I ordered from this Subway location through Uber Eats and clearly avoided any pork ingredients due to my religious beliefs . Unfortunately, my sandwiches included bacon — something I did not ask for and cannot consume.
This isn’t just a mistake, it’s a serious violation of dietary restrictions that matter deeply to many people. A refund doesn’t fix the emotional distress or the disrespect shown to religious boundaries.
I hope the store takes this seriously and trains staff to read and follow orders carefully — because these errors are not just inconvenient, they’re deeply offensive to some of us.
The lady named nidhi works there super rude and the worst customer service. I order there and she shows me attitude i want to customise my order she doesn’t want to listen and close and wrap my sandwich literally throwing veggies in my sandwich. And then some issue with my order through app that charged me twice and i ask her she replies in anger that its not their issue but there is a way of talking. Very poor. I had a big order since my work place is nearby they should be happy getting big order instead of getting frustrated. Management should teach their employees to respect the customers. I usually let things go but this is nit the first time like this has happened. My work place is in same plaza and we at office order only from here but never coming here again.

Do not download the app... The 2nd worst app I've ever used. Its a waste of time because more likely than not, it won't work. And a waste of phone memory space. Today, it wouldn't allow me to buy a full sized sub
Only option throughout the app was 6inch. Also, would not reveal the promo code for the 30% off offer. Pure garbage. Need a bored lawyer to sue this place.

Poor. Who leaves a store at dinner hour., with sign be back in 2 minutes later. And now 10 mins still waiting 5 more. Then losing my business. Others coming just walked away.
No employee should leave store, Unless covered.

I went to buy my sandwich and the girl treated me badly when she saw that I didn't tip her because of the bad service, she returned to the register and charged me much more than what my order cost
The best customer service I’ve ever witnessed. Everybody that works there is phenomenal & hard working. There’s a sweet woman that works there who is kind and professional. Always has a smile on her face and is amazing at her job. Even when it’s busy she still manages to pay attention to ever detail and work efficiently!!!!
