while i was eating i wasnt treated proper costumer service ask to use restroom they told me for costumers only..how did she know i wasnt a costumer to be honest i been eating subway since they wernt a franchise they represent SUBWAY not good for there name stay away from here i think they are rude and racist also transgender

Horrible experience, have been there twice and the customer service is really bad, the quantity of food is really less. It doesn’t even meet the standard. I order veggie sub and the lady literally had 5 cucumber and 4 tomatoes.. for a $11 sub.. and if tell them to add more i will be looked down by the staff. Horrible!

How to lose customers and how to waste their time? This place knows better. Today me and my friend orderd 2 footlong around 3pm in which one was spicy and one was sweet. Apparently, she switched sauces and not accepting that. She wasted almost one hour of mine and I was late for my work because of that. To be honest, this was the first and last time, I have ordered there. I would never recommend anyone to go there. Totally unsatisfied with her and her manager.
