I used to love this location, but now i’m thinking otherwise. today I was met with very poor customer service. I guess she’s working the night shift, but she was rushing and stingy with toppings which was already making me very annoyed. her attitude was gross as well. whoever is reading this, please revaluate keeping her as your employee. she’s not a good worker and serves poor service and quality of food, thank you.

The Girl that was working at night shift 10:50 15/7/2025 was so rude and doesn’t like that I ordered at night after she cleaned her stuff and was ready to go home, if you are upset to do your Job , go back to your home country and leave your place to someone respectful

Had to wait more than 15 minutes to order and there was only one person ahead of me. Lady working kept going to the back and would take some time to come back out. She was working alone and nobody was there to help which slowed everything down. Staff looked overworked and there was no effort put into the sandwich i ordered. Also i didnt notice until the end but she put my vege patty sandwhick right next to a chicken sandwich while preparing and in the oven.

I recently visited this Subway location and was quite disappointed with the overall customer experience. From the start, the service felt rushed and impersonal.

When I began to place my order, I was met with eye-rolling, a dismissive tone.

I understand that food service can be stressful, but there is never an excuse for outright disrespect. Everyone deserves to be treated with dignity, especially in a service setting where customer interaction is key to the experience.

This kind of behavior not only reflects poorly on the store but also damages trust in the Subway brand.

What made things worse was the way my food was prepared. I ordered a wrap and asked for it to be grilled. The staff member placed it on the grill briefly, seemingly just for show, and then handed it to me. When I started eating, I realized it was completely cold — the wrap wasn’t heated properly at all. It felt dishonest and careless, especially considering I had clearly requested a hot sandwich.

I had a poor experience in this location, I honestly don’t understand why subway has gone downhill with their quality of service and food. The worker was not rude but they seemed to be annoyed making my sandwich and although I understand it must be tiring but at least not take it out on the customers. My food was very poor and the churro was stale and bitter.

Subways are one of my favourite place for food. I love it but very first time I felt like I wasted my money. The girl who was working there was kind of rude. Also the place had no sauces available in stock. The worst experience ever. So disappointed .

I usually enjoy visiting Subway, but my recent experiences at this location have been a bit disappointing. I’ve interacted with the same staff member, Arpita, a few times, and unfortunately, each time I felt the service lacked warmth and courtesy. It seemed like she wasn’t very engaged or interested in helping, which made the overall experience less pleasant. I hope to see improvements in customer interaction moving forward, as a welcoming attitude makes a big difference.

They have the worst staff i have ever seen. One of the staff members was so rude that when we confronted her about the portions toppings in our sandwich, she started yelling that she gave enough though she did not put any extra chicken which we already mentioned in the order and paid extra for. Would not recommend anyone to go there.
