I recently visited Subway and had a disappointing experience. The service was slow, and my sandwich was made incorrectly. The staff seemed overwhelmed and unhelpful, which made the situation worse. Additionally, the cleanliness of the location was below expectations. I hope to see improvements in the future.

Worst location ever. These guys don't stay open till they are supposed to. The time mentioned is that they should be open till 11 pm on Fridays but I see James the asian guy leave around 9 pm even before that sometimes. The Subway app always let's me order thinking they're open and once I get there to pick up my order, these guys already close up and run away. Have taken money from me atleast 5 times now. This place needs a new management or a new staff. This is ridiculous.

Ordered online and asked specifically for extra olives and you could count the olives on the sub on one hand. I also asked for extra chipotle as well as some on the side and no chipotle was put on the sub let alone some on the side. Both the subs I ordered weren’t toasted they were basically burnt.
If I’m paying like $10 per sub, the least you guys can do is put a handful of veggies that probably cost you $0.05…

Very poor service. The staff sparingly puts veggies, despite repeated requesting. They charge for a more expensive sub but do not use the ingredients mentioned in it to charge more from the customer for a cheaper item. Cheats !!
Ordered a turkey with double meat on a foot long and the meat was spoiled! It had a nasty old taste through out the sandwich. I ordered around 8pm, so it was not at closing time. While waiting in line, the owner kept yelling out that only two white loafs were left. Never ordering again from this nasty location as it's not the first time I've been disappointed here. Waste!

The chinese guy working at front was so rude and first he has not attended me for 10 minutes. Negative environment at store made me felt like he is being racist with me. Chair and tables were also placed here and there.
