The guy who served us yesterday was really rude! We just wanted to mix two different cheeses for my sandwich and instead of simply explaining whether it was possible or not, he responded with a bad attitude and made us feel unwelcome. I would never go back here!

Guy serving here is such a disgusting human being, doesn’t listen to what you’re saying.
I was asking him to cut my sandwich into two pieces, he doesn’t listen to me and started arguing with me saying I didn’t tell him, while I told him 5 times.

While this Subway franchise is passable from a food standpoint, the service is questionable at times. The staff don’t give customers time to enter information for reward points and a response to a complaint about them being out of Diet Pepsi on the soda fountain being “Pepsi Doesn’t Deliver It Anymore.”

Guy who works nights can't make sandwiches. Squishes the bread while cutting it. Walks away while making sandwiches. Finishes side work while customers walk in before helping them. Has a rude attitude. And charges additional for incorrect items. I'd blame it on him being new but I've had this experience with him 4 times now. After reading other reviews I'm adding to mine to say that this was James and no wonder these reviews of him which are all negative are going ignored as apparently he is the owners son.

The little guy that works at Subway is so rude. I'm pretty sure as a eat in diner you have to let people use the washroom. Not very friendly. All the shorter man does is hang out scratching scratch tickets from the store next door. And he is the owners child.

Had half a tuna sub there and went vomiting and have diarrhea after. For several times. Found something like part of a wilting spinach leaf on the bread of the other half. Didn’t have that veggie in my order.
I recently visited Subway and had a disappointing experience. The service was slow, and my sandwich was made incorrectly. The staff seemed overwhelmed and unhelpful, which made the situation worse. Additionally, the cleanliness of the location was below expectations. I hope to see improvements in the future.
