I don’t know why I always have to roll the dice eating at these places. I never know if I’m going to get some decent bread or some stale rock. And it’s more often I have stale bread honestly. I might just give up on subway because they don’t have people that care enough I think about quality control. Ppl hiding in back or on phones…

When you gotta pick your bread apart to eat it so you don’t get hard shards of bread to deal with. I’ve never had to eat sandwiches like this anywhere else, ever.

The morning worker on 12/11/2024 just made my sandwich terrible! I ordered a 6in meatball and the bread they gave me was not fresh.. on top of that when she built my sandwich it was not near the same quality as other subways! Just a dry meatball sub.. no sauce almost as if she drained it out into the container n just gave me dry meatballs!

Now she began to build my sandwich and just threw it on there… i asked for garlic aioli dressing and after she applied she didnt tuck the sandwich and put the wrapper right on the sauce….. what happens when i open my sandwich… sauce on the wrapper.. not my sandwich…

I may sound picky.. but I just feel you can make a sandwich a little better.. as a customer am i asking too much to at least get an enjoyable sandwich? Im paying after all.. but what i payed for this time went right into the trash after 1 bite.. i almost walked out without paying but IM not disrespectful.. n thought lemme try before i judge.. should've trusted my gut n just left!

Very bad service, the girl at the counter Ravneet did not even have the courtesy to say Hello. She just had AirPods in her ear and was talking to someone. I asked her for a foot long veggie sub, she put very little lettuce and I had to ask her to lettuce again. In foot long, there should be 6 pieces of cucumber she decided to save food cost and only put 5 pieces . She was being very cheap on food.. I understand everything is expensive but a least put some veggies because you are charging me $20 for it. I must say Thank you for the extra cheese without charging.. be more focused in your job , provide good service you are getting paid for it.

I ordered a brisket sandwich from Uber eats and they sent me a steak and bacon sandwich instead when I called to ask why they didn’t just call me if they were sold out the girl who answered the phone was so rude and said that she tried to call me but I didn’t pick up so she gave me this instead which is a “loss” for subway cause it is more expensive whilst not letting me get a single word in. I later told her that I answered the call but no one was talking and I called back and no one picked up. This is so unprofessional especially because of the fact that I do not eat pork for religious reasons and when I asked her if it was pork she said that it wasn’t, whilst online it says that it is. Either subway needs to update what they have on their website or train their employees better cause this is just unacceptable.
