Lousy service on this occasion! I am a customer of Subway of this branch and others for over 15 years and I stopped here in an emergency to enter the restroom and the two employees told me that I am not allowed to enter the restroom, that I have to buy something to enter the restroom! I told them that I have been a customer of this branch and others for many years and that I just needed to get into the bathroom urgently and they said no and turned away and never spoke to me again! Thank you!!!!

I was genuinely surprised — in the best way — by my recent visit to the Subway at Dixon Road. It's not often you walk into a big chain and feel like it's completely turned a corner, but Subway has clearly revamped everything: the menu, the quality of ingredients, and the speed of service.

What really stood out was the staff. They were friendly, efficient, and even pointed out that I was eligible for an offer I didn’t know about — and applied it without me asking. That small gesture made a big impact.

The subs tasted fresh, flavorful, and far better than I remembered. It honestly felt like the Subway I used to love years ago has made a comeback.

If you've written off Subway in the past, this location might just change your mind. I know I’ll be coming back for more.

Guy in the morning was very rude ask us to don't eat in here .( he need to clean) and was not in the mood to work or make our sub . So disappointed. Very bad service

Terrible experience at this Subway location. I’ve been to many Subways across the city and never had an issue using the washroom—especially when I planned to make a purchase right after. But today, I was rudely told “washroom is only for customers,” as if they automatically assumed I wasn’t going to buy anything. It was disrespectful and uncalled for. If this is how they treat people, I’d recommend avoiding this location altogether. Poor service and poor attitude.

Thought it was a pretty good subway. Got the footlong italian bmt $13 with taxes. Tons of toppings, and it was tasty, friendly staff, kitchen looked clean.

So I wanted to eat, but first I wanted to use the restroom. I asked her to open the restroom and she said that it’s only for customer so I laughed. I told her that it’s urgent so how do you know that a customer is going to go washroom first and then order it because already there are two people ordering the food. It will take time around 5 to 10 minutes to make that order. In that meantime, I can go to the rest Room. I was a regular customer until now, but I won’t go to Subway anymore

I visited this store @ 9:00 pm on Saturday April, 26.
I wanted to use washroom and employee said it is only for customers.
It was very rude and rough behaviour.
Only thing thy she can even said in pleasant manner.
So disappointed.
