I’ve been here many times as I have to stay in the hotels close by for work occasionally. For sure at least 1 if not half the vegetables are rotting and the bread is almost always stale. I’ve complained to subway before doesn’t do a thing. I try not to go here if possible but it’s 24 hours and sometimes I don’t have a choice. I’d avoid if you have other options service is not great either.

NOT FOR VEGETARIANS OR VEGANS … Went out to this one as its the only 24 hrs open subway.. while waiting for the guy preparing an online order i saw him using same gloves for veggies that he used for the chicken and everything.. i left without ordering right away.. worst experience in any subway..

I am writing to share my recent experience at your Subway branch on the night of Tuesday, September 10th, at approximately 1:15 am. I have been a regular customer of Subway and have always enjoyed ordering the Veggie Patty sub. However, this particular visit left me disappointed.
I requested a Veggie Patty sub and, as usual, asked the staff to spread the sauces in a zig-zag pattern. While the first sauce (mayo) was spread properly, the hot sauce was not spread evenly, despite my request. When I politely asked to have it spread properly, the staff member proceeded to add too much hot sauce, making the sub excessively spicy. Additionally, when I asked to grill the sub after adding only three sauces, he refused, stating that your branch does not allow grilling after adding sauce, even though other Subway locations do.
When I finally got home and tried the sub, it was so overwhelmingly spicy that it was unpleasant to eat. I believe this situation could have been handled more professionally, and I request that the staff member working that night be given proper training on both sandwich preparation and customer service.
I hope this feedback is helpful and look forward to a better experience next time.

My only concern here is with their self serve pop fountain machine. Be weary of getting ice. I’ve seen ice cubes dispensed with something back inside. Is it a dead fly? Dirt?

Worst customer service I have ever seen in Canada. Staff was very rude and harsh while talking. It’s humble request to owner to teach staff about politeness and manners about communication with customers.

Came in at nighttime , and she refused me the bathroom was very rassict and arrogant. cause she "just cleaned it" told me to wait and i used the bathroom she pounded on the door shouting nonsense.
I would not trust them making your food!!!!
Customer service was amazing, the food is good no complaints they really filled our sandwiches up and that’s saying something… I had 2 subs from Calgary and they would barely put anything on the subs tasted of just eating bread. I enjoyed it my only complaint from 5 stars is the ice machine/Drink kept getting black specs in my ice, ice machine probably needs a cleaning but besides that enjoyed the food! Thank you.
