Recently i place an online order , as soon as i reached the store, the cashier- Tanisha over their told me to cancel my online order and will get a full refund as they dont carry that dish with them and no need to worry, i did exactly as she said. In the end i had to fight to get my refund and the other order that i placed in store had 3 hair strands. It was the most pathetic experience of my life ever. Since then i have never visted that location and would advice the same. Tanisha is mostly busy on her phone and least interested in attending the customers as well

Service stinks and not even responsive to questions. Washrooms closed, I don’t think so, clearly a health violation just so lazy workers don’t have to clean up? Terrible Subway, if you have a choice, don’t bother. Food - vegetables clearly not fresh especially the cucumbers and lettuce. If zero was an option, I’d use it.

Apparently they had a system glitch so they couldn't process coupons, not advertised properly on the app, and the store wouldn't make any exceptions to charge the equivalent-priced item of the coupon. What's the difference to the corporation, except that they got $5 bucks more out of my pocket? They can over-ride prices all the time on the till for all kinds of reasons.
So I walk out with a $14 regular price for a basic foot-long sub? I might as well go to a proper Shawarma place with much tastier food and help local owners instead of corporation. What disappointing customer service experience. Don't go to Subway unless you are starving and no other options.
