Was there yesterday around 3 for my dinner after a long day at work- the produce looked disgusting and I spat out a huge chuck of an inedible part of the sandwhich. I asked to pay while the sub was being double toasted as ive done at other locations with no issues and while the workers were able to practice cleanliness while charging me (removing gloves, using new gloves)- the worker yesterday handled the money/coins with the same gloves she made my sub in. The worker also looked annoyed. I had to skip out on a lot of the vegetables I wanted in my sub because it looked offensive to even display- overall the most disgusting regrettable experience ever- your better off an A&W better customer service and better quality of food.

Food good as always, the two ladies working there just seem genuinely depressed ruining the whole vibe. Not to mention they barely put anything’s on your sub and they don’t ask what type of cheese you want. Overall not a very good experience because of the service and atmosphere.

Today i went to 3300 bloor street west subway and order my sandwich .The sandwich was really good but apart from that what attracts me to this location is the customer service .I met with 2 girls over there one name is Sandeep and other one is Navneet .They were so good in attending the customers with the smile .Moreover they are promoting the great and tasty fresh food and making people happy by providing tasty food.
THE SERVER IS CROSS CONTAMINATING SHE WAS TOUCHING BEEF AND WITH THE SAME GLOVES SHE TOOK OUT CHEESE. EVERYONE DOESN’T EAT THE DAMN BEEF THAT’S JUST COMMON SENSE. ABSOLUTE STUPIDITY NEVER GOING BACK THERE EVER AND I WILL ENCOURAGE EVERYONE TO NOT GO IF YOU HAVE ANY ALLERGIES YOU ARE DONE

I am pretty much at this location everyday ordering a sub for lunch and have the pleasure of dealing with Sandeep and Navneet. What a great team they both make! Both are lovely ladies, always smiling, very helpful, very courteous and very professional! Keep up the good work ladies!

Bread (bun) was so stale and hard. It must have been sitting in the bread cabinet thing for a while. I couldn't finish it....just brutal. Never experience this at a subway before so it must be this location. Also, the person making the sandwich, had their mask below their nose at times when they spoke to me...And in hindsight I should have just left instead of taking a chance with anything reaching my food or the trays of stuff they put on the bread. I won't be visiting this location at Bloor & Islington again.
