I am pretty much at this location everyday ordering a sub for lunch and have the pleasure of dealing with Sandeep and Navneet. What a great team they both make! Both are lovely ladies, always smiling, very helpful, very courteous and very professional! Keep up the good work ladies!

Bread (bun) was so stale and hard. It must have been sitting in the bread cabinet thing for a while. I couldn't finish it....just brutal. Never experience this at a subway before so it must be this location. Also, the person making the sandwich, had their mask below their nose at times when they spoke to me...And in hindsight I should have just left instead of taking a chance with anything reaching my food or the trays of stuff they put on the bread. I won't be visiting this location at Bloor & Islington again.

Popped in for a late lunch and the girl serving(Manpreet I think) was amazing! So friendly and professional! Some services such as pop machine and washrooms are not in service, due to COVID-19 restrictions, but the entire location is SUPER clean and organized. My nephew grabbed a meat ball sub that lasted 2 mins before he was ready for a nap! Lol. I had my own lunch today so I only asked for a fork, to which she was happy to oblige. I did however get 2 S’more cookies! OMG! Delicious! Thank you Subway!

This location is the worst I've been to. They skimp on meat and cheese and their vegetables are old and wilted. This location is consistently poor. I would recommend going somewhere that values customers more. Subway seems to have a quality control problem because some stores are excellent and other are like this one.
The pop machine was not working. Veggies in my subway were not enough. This was the worst Subway I had and I have had Subway all my life even more than McD
