I recently ordered a Subway sandwich online with specific instructions, taking advantage of their “buy one, get one free” footlong offer. While I appreciated the deal, I was shocked by the rude and unprofessional behavior of the staff.

The order was incorrect, despite our paying for all the ingredients. After starting on one of the six-inch halves, my partner realized there was hardly anything in it—just plain bread with minimal fillings. When we brought this to the associate’s attention, we had to open the other sandwiches to verify the same issue. Instead of addressing the mistake, the associate accused us of “fabricating” the problem. Why would we go to the trouble of removing chicken or toppings ourselves just to complain? We’re not that petty, and it was offensive to be treated as if we were. If anyone was being cheap, it certainly wasn’t us.

On top of that, when we returned the sandwiches, the associate kept them instead of discarding them, which felt unprofessional and unsanitary. We received a refund, but this entire experience was extremely frustrating and disappointing.

I am deeply upset about this experience. I was counting on this meal, and not only was it handled poorly, but I left hungry and frustrated. I am determined to make sure others know about the issues at this location. Until these problems are addressed, I would not recommend this store to anyone.

First time experience was so bad that we wrote an email to store manager. Gave it a second shot today only because it’s conveniently located near by. However, super rude staff and the worse quality of food! They try to be cheap by not adding anything you’re paying for.
Will never visit this location and will advise everyone the same to save yourself from the horrors of customer service and bad food!

This Subway branch is the worst. I ordered Steak and Cheese sandwich with veggies toppings and this is what I got. There is no steak.. I mean no protein. I asked if they want to remake my sandwich and the manager said this is how they supposed to make Steak and cheese sandwitch.. DO NOT order at this location. Worst experience!

Last weekend, I visited this location and went to grab myself a jerk chicken salad bowl for lunch to take to have at work it was delicious! Great service from the staff working behind the counter too!

Other Subway locations near me have run out of bacon or cheese (!)... but this one always has everything in plenty, and the service is quick, efficient, and friendly. I go every week for a takeout family meal.

The worst customer service experience ever- Upeksha and her manager Ramana were both very rude and when we asked them to apologize for the way they were talking, they refused to apologize and argued even more. During the conversation Upeksha kept rolling her eyes and her manager did not stop her- instead her silence and taking Upeksh’s side encourager her behaviour. (also Upeksha wasnt wearing her name tag- we are going off of what Ramana said her name was.

I have never felt so bad visiting a store- it ruined my night. Their behaviour was super frustrating- and I hope the Subway Corporate takes strict action and sets an example to discourage this behaviour

Worst subway ever. The people who worked there do not know how to treat customers. Their names were maybe Ramani and upeksha. Please never ever go there. The owners need to do something about them.

Visit this place yesterday night around 9:30 while I was roaming around, I ordered one footlong BLT. I didn't want much vegetables but I wanted more sauces. So I asked the girl there to put more sauce and she did it happily. I really liked that because I've visited so many places but when we ask for more sauce employees started making their face. But that girl behaved so politely to me, really appreciate that. I'll visit this place again for sure .

I got the teriyaki crunch sub. Service was terrible :( and on top of that, the sandwich taste really bad. For a foot long sandwich and a drink, it was $20. I would say its not worth it! To note, the veggies were NOT fresh at all.

Always friendly and excellent service at this Subway location; ordered many times just walking in or taking out via the app; always fresh ingredients and put together nicely; yesterday received exemplary customer service from Vruti who made my online order and was so considerate because she thought my order wasn’t on time; I wasn’t even in a rush, but the fact that she put the effort to write a little note for me was truly above and beyond; thank you for such excellent courtesy!

Garbage subway. Do not go over there. Ordered from mobile order and since we got the order and the lady over there was so rude ( Order Date April 15th 2024 - Time 4:20 PM ). They do not even know how to treat to the customers. Firstly the veggie patty was cold and then she started making another order leaving our order in between at the end as we requested them to pack separately.Overall the experience was miserable. Would not recommend you to go there. There are more subway outlets there. Choice is yours!

What a treat! I had an excellent experience at this particular location because I was invited with such warm service and the ingredients remained true to Subway's motto of "Eat fresh"! My personal favourite is the Green Goddess, so happy there's a bonus option for vegetarians that's beyond the Veggie Delite. Glad I made a quick pitstop here while I ran errands in the city! ?
