Every time I come here I try to give them a chance but they are so stingy with the meat I get a turkey sub and they put the thinnest amount of meat they can it’s like eating a veggie sub no hate but I go to other subway locations and they are good but this one every time I get a sub here it barely has any meat on it.

I had a very bad experience, they had nothing in the whole store. No bread, no vegetables, no nothing. The attitude of one of the employees was terrible. No manners at all. I would not recommend this store to anyone

and it was even on the website!

They take online orders for subs then when you go there they start saying we don’t have stock for some of the things and they would be the common things like mozzarella cheese!
If there was negative rating for service I would’ve chosen that.
The girl who made our sandwiches was super unprofessional. We ordered 4 sandwiches and I politely asked her to grill the sandwiches and she said she can’t her exact words were “I can’t do it, it takes too long I have other customers” mind you there was only one person behind us. Then we told her to grill them please again she aggressively grabbed one of the sandwich and put it on the grill. She was highly unprofessional. And at the checkout I handed her the cash and the return money she just smashed it on the counter didn’t even try to hand me the cash.
I would suggest you all don’t go at this location. She was very rude.
Imagine telling a customer I’m busy I can’t fulfill your request which takes like less the. 2 minutes. This is obnoxious.
I recently visited a Subway restaurant, and I must say, it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. The moment I walked in, I was greeted by a fresh, clean environment with spotless floors and a well-organized counter. The entire place smelled amazing, with the aroma of freshly baked bread filling the air.
The staff was incredibly friendly and efficient, taking the time to ensure my order was made exactly to my liking. They wore gloves, kept their workstation immaculate, and maintained a high level of hygiene throughout the process. Every ingredient looked fresh and vibrant, from the crisp lettuce to the perfectly sliced meats and cheeses.
My sandwich was absolutely delicious—perfectly toasted, packed with fresh ingredients, and bursting with flavor. I also appreciated the variety of options, from classic favorites to healthier choices. The drink station and seating area were equally clean and well-maintained, making my dining experience even more enjoyable.

Horrible customer service by an old lady. She is very rude and she don’t want to listen customers. Its almost 3 times i have experienced the same behaviour from an old lady.
The best customer service we have experienced at a Subway. The older lady helping out with our order was extremely warm and courteous and made the experience so pleasant and happy!!

There was no other customers present and I ordered 1 footlong sub, 2 snackwich bundles. The snack with bread was very stale, I ordered a BLT and Turkey Ranch snackwich. She made one of them a ham snackwich and she forgot the sides for the snackwich bundles. Very disappointing experience and I will not be returning to the Kipling/Rexdale location. This was not the first bad experience.

Yesterday i ordered 2 chicken teriyaki and i got all veggie delite. Just got 6" chicken one rest of it was all veggie. Went there to rectify my order but they didnot do anything for it. Stood there for like half an hour and came back.

I come here often pretty late, usually an hour before closing and service is always super fast. Everyone who makes my sandwich is friendly and easy-going. Lots of parking in front & on the side.
I use my app to collect points and I redeem when I have enough. Place is tidy and quiet.
