Yesterday i ordered 2 chicken teriyaki and i got all veggie delite. Just got 6" chicken one rest of it was all veggie. Went there to rectify my order but they didnot do anything for it. Stood there for like half an hour and came back.

I come here often pretty late, usually an hour before closing and service is always super fast. Everyone who makes my sandwich is friendly and easy-going. Lots of parking in front & on the side.

I use my app to collect points and I redeem when I have enough. Place is tidy and quiet.

I ordered from mobile app and when i went to pick up the order the lady told me that they don’t have veggie patty and it was just 4 in the afternoon and they are open till 12 pm. So what about the customers who are vegetarian. And they lady told me that the delivery will come on tuesday and it is just Thursday today. So the store will not have the veggie option for 4 more days. And i don’t wanna forget to mention that the service was really bad.

Very bad customer service. I called to them and she was not letting me speak and was very rude. When I asked her name she was still speaking and completely ignoring me like can you let me speak.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE BY OLD LADY…

I recently had an unfortunate experience at Subway, which was primarily due to the behavior of one of the employees. The staff member, an older lady, displayed a lack of basic customer service skills. When I politely asked for my sandwich to be grilled, she was dismissive and rude, offering excuses instead of addressing my request properly.

I also requested a small customization, and her reaction was unprofessional, as she made unpleasant faces and acted as if it was a burden. Throughout the interaction, there was no apology or attempt to provide better service.

It's disappointing to be treated this way as a customer, especially when politeness and respect should be a standard. I strongly suggest that the management address this issue with the staff member to ensure other customers do not have a similarly negative experience.

I would rate it minus if possible- the lady was arrogant and rude. She kept making faces whenever asked to add anything to the sub. She kept arguing when i told that my sandwich touched another one with ham in it and I’m vegetarian. After asking her to discard it even after paying she agreed on making a new one and started slapping things on the new one. They did not have some sauces too.

This location has terrible service. I placed an online order to get the promo and entered the store and the lady behind the counter (older lady, blonde hair) was on the phone on a personal call. Didn’t even acknowledge me. She proceeded to serve other customers before me and said your order will not be ready until 4:05 pm. I was the only one in the store and she helped customers who came in after me and started arguing with me. Very rude, very incompetent and she is disgusting. Ruined the whole subway experience for me. I let her know I will be placing a survey feedback because her behaviour is disgusting. So much for customer service.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! The older lady who works there is definitely the reason I will never go back here. I’ve been to this location a few times and the other workers were so kinda and polite. This lady will never be getting business from me again! Went in to order a wrap, asked for double cheese but for it to be places above and below the meat, she completely ignored me and placed it as she pleased and continued about her business. I then asked if there was any green peppers as I noticed that the container was empty and she looked at me and said …. “Choose another topping” ummmm if your completely out of green peppers, fine but you could be more polite about it. okay fine I added more cucumbers. Proceeded to ask for my wrap to be pressed and her response was no she can’t bc the machine isn’t turned on so put it in the oven to be toasted instead without me agreeing to that and while my wrap was being toasted then proceeded to turn on the press which if she asked if I could wait for it to be warmed up I would have. But instead she just toasted it without my permission. Her customer service has always been terrible for as long as I can remember. I refuse to set foot in this place again until there’s new owners or staff.

Order BOGO subway, white lady was so rude and don’t know to treat customers. Moreover, They not wearing Hair net, Had white hair in subway. This is not good at all.
