I returned specifically to purchase a gift card because of her excellent customer service and how clean and welcoming she made the location

They are spoiling the brand name ..Worst subway restaurant in Etobicoke.They don’t have fresh vegetables and breads as they don’t have well mannered staff.she uses a gloves and wipe it off the platform with that gloves and making subway with gloves.very rude with customers.manager never on the store.Be careful when u visit.

Worse place to order subway, staff was really don't have any manners to talk with customers. I ordered veggie subway but feel like I just had bread without veggie. Even they are not putting enough vegetables. I will never visit this place again.

Everybody know about Subway, so only thing I can review is service. This is one of the worst service I have seen in food industry. I did an online order while standing there because I was getting a deal and had to do it quicker, so just put a quick order thinking since I am here I'll just add things accordingly which I have done many times before. But the lady there was so rude, and said you can't change it, I just asked since I am here, no other customer was there, how much more time can it take, actually just would have been quicker and more customer friendly. But sadly the lady didn't agree maybe her manager came and then she was fine with what I wanted but it was just too late and I couldn't eat a food made with bad mood.

There is no stuff at the store. No one working there. If you want a sandwich you will have to wait 5-10 minutes until someone shows up to make the sandwich.

Anyone got scammed with the the cashier punching in the tips and trying to pretend they need to swipe your card themselves?... We asked to speak to the manager at this location and the tips quickly got removed from our bill.

Rude and horrible service ordered UBER and they send me a ICE cold steak and cheese. The option to heat the steak isn’t an option but they’re too dumb to have common sense to heat food
I bought a footlong sub and expected it to be $12 (the regular price for it), this lady fully charged me $17!!!!!! Genuinely don’t understand why I was charged that much when I go online to order and it says $12. What a scam

It's kind of funny how when coupouns arrive in the mail & i go to the location at The Albion Center, Surprise! Surprise! The scanner is out of service & they can't accept any coupons right now! All lies! I'm almost 100% sure that they're scanner works! They just won't take coupons! Isn't that illegal? This isn't the first time, This is every time Subway sends coupons to my place! Not a good experience. Staff was nice. food was ok. barely any meat in the sub and in comparison with other sub establishments they serve the least amount of meat in general. Unfortunately I think it's time to find a new sub sandwich establishment to buy from
