Today Saturday, January 10, 2026, I was at sunrise Bagel at Albion Mall. I was greeted with amazing customer service. Time 10:30am. Alessa provided excellent customer service. She was very patient in taking my order, and she kindly asked if I wanted to add anything to my order. She responded diligently and precise. I would like to nominate her for any promotions available. She deserves an upgrade. Furthermore, viewing how she interacts with clients, is beyond expectations. Your company needs Alessa. 🙏🏽

I come here all the time but this new girl that has been working there has a bad attitude. I come in to buy my drinks she acts like im not there and always messes up my order. Today she felt compelled to completely overlook me while im standing there to order only to be having conversations with another new girl that looks like her sister and when I ask for my order to be taken they start to laugh at me for my frustration towards them. This girl is bad for business and I've told the owner before....im not going to support this place anytime I see her serving me. She has a nasty attitude and doesn't know how to give proper change or proper service.

It was busy when I went for my break today but the blonde working behind the counter was kind when it was my turn. The lentil soup and veggie sandwich were fresh and tasty. All the food plus a coffee for 9.75 is a bargain! I will go back
