I’ve been a loyal Sunset Grill customer for about 15 years — I’ve been coming since I was a kid — and I’ve always associated the brand with quality food and friendly service. Unfortunately, my visit today really challenged that impression.
The potatoes I was served were undercooked — some were even crunchy like apples while others were fine — which made the meal difficult to eat. The server never checked in to ask how the food was, and when I mentioned the issue at the end of the meal, I wasn’t offered an apology, a replacement, or even a simple gesture like a complimentary coffee.
After so many years of positive experiences, it’s honestly disappointing to feel like the quality and care that once defined Sunset Grill aren’t being upheld. I left feeling let down and regretted spending money on a meal I couldn’t finish.
I hope this feedback is taken seriously, because I truly want to see Sunset Grill live up to the reputation that’s kept me coming back for so many years. I was served by an older lady with a bob cut and a few greys mixed in with her darker hair.

The consistency in food is hard to beat Sarah and Theo are the best waitresses in the serving industry always ingratiating always smiling always a salutation and the owner. George always has time for the customers and kudos to the chefs. The food is always great. Respectfully, your friend Lenny

I love that place, was there for breakfast few days ago and wasn't surprise at all how great it was.. I love the fact that there is multi generation lady's working there, you always get the very warm welcome, it feels like you are entering the family home.. All the servers are always very professional, very kind, and happy to serve you. And above all... The food is amazing, always very fresh, portions very generous, always done to your liking. I wish to the managment and everyone working there all the best.. You deserve The Best... Definitely will be going back 😊😊😊

The staff member Susan was extremely kind and welcoming, with such a wonderful personality. The service was very fast and efficient, and everything was absolutely perfect! She made us feel so comfortable and taken care of, always smiling and checking if we needed anything. Her attitude truly made the experience special. I would definitely come back again and highly recommend this restaurant to everyone.
