The staff here are amazing! They make sure everything is taken care of at your table, and they’re also very bubbly and personable. The food itself is mediocre and tends to lack any real flavour — or it’s a little burnt. Ask for a table by the window for a nice vibe.

I have been to many sunset grills and this one is by far the BEST! I actually stopped going to sunset grills because i wasnt fond of them but ever since coming to this location, i have fallen back in love with them. Absolutely recommend coming here.

This is a great restaurant. It is conveniently located at a bus stop and streetcar stop. It has big windows so there's plenty of natural light throughout the restaurant.
Staff is very friendly and accommodating. The menu is excellent, but then I am partial to everything with eggs and any kind of meat. Their orange juice is excellent.
Kid-friendliness: There is a child's menu, and they have boosters seats.
Wheelchair accessibility: There are no specifically designated tables for wheelchairs, but staff really moved chairs for us. They were completely open to accommodating our needs.

Went in this morning with a client to get breakfast. Ordered bacon and eggs, always order my bacon soft and a water with no ice. Server didn't take any notes which is fine but can lead to issues which it did today. They bring our food out and my bacon is crispy as can be, I said to the server "Oh I ordered my bacon soft" She instantly picks up my whole plate and says let me take care of that for you. I was a little surprised she would take away my entire plate leaving my client with food in front of them that they elected not to eat while I had no food. I was also starving and on a timeline so I walked to the kitchen and asked if I could get my plate while we waited for the bacon as I was starving. My server then said "You didn't tell me you wanted soft bacon". First I eat out at breakfast places every day and have done so for almost 10 years, I always get a water with no ice and soft bacon, I'm habitual in how I eat and how I order so I know with 100% certainty I said soft bacon, but this isn't the time to try and correct a customer, I told her I most certainly did tell her. She again said I don't think so. At this point as I was still waiting to be handed my plate of food I just said "Never mind" as I've lost my appetite. I have no interest in debating with servers how I order my food for half of my life, and as I've said you shouldn't debate anyways, this could have been handled seamlessly with "No problem let me bring you some soft bacon" while leaving my other perfectly fine eggs and potatoes in front of me to eat with my client. Nope that wasn't done, and then I was told I was wrong. Just poor handling all around.
