I’ve been to this restaurant a few times now, and while the food is good and the service can be decent, there’s a recurring issue I can’t ignore. I’ve given this place three chances. The first time I went a few years ago, the staff rushed me to finish my meal so they could seat someone else. The second time, the service was passive and clearly not the same level of attention other customers were getting. The third visit was better, but I still felt like my table wasn’t taken as seriously as the others.
I’m not sure if they assume younger customers don’t tip or if it’s just age bias, but it’s frustrating.

Wow, that was Absolutely horrible. I wanted to order from my fav sushi spot in Richmond Hill but out of area for Uber eats, live in Etobicoke so tried sushi run, had some good reviews. Ordered a large sashimi platter $100. Fish was old, smelled, thru most of it away. Tried to stomach some of it. Gave me diarrhea. Ruined my long weekend Steve Kay

I got takeout for my lunch here today! I ordered lunch special Maki & sushi combo. It was more that I had expected. Thankfully so! The raw fish was fresh and tasty. The California roll was good. All the ingredients used were fresh. The TEMPERATURE of the rice and raw fish was perfect. Room temperature and delicious. The side salad and miso soup were good too. All of the people working there were very nice. I also did not have to wait very long either. Good value for money! I will be back next time I am in the neighborhood.
