My family and I visited this location for Thanksgiving, and we experienced nothing but inconvenience. The hostess was rude, the waitress was all over the place and extremely slow, our table was dirty upon arrival, my son was served his food 25 mins before my husband and I were; meaning he was done eating before ours even arrived. Our mashed potatoes and fries were both cold and fries were not good whatsoever. Our desserts took an additional 20 mins to arrive after waiting so long for food in the first place. On top of everything we were forced to eat our dessert around our dirty/empty plates since the waitress was too busy to pick them up at any point during our meal. I would also like to mention the bathroom was disgusting and there was NO toilet paper. $100+ for a meal and service was terrible, will not be returning.

They ran out of 'Thanksgiving meal'/pie (that was heavily advertised all week)before 8pm today. The phone number on their website is incorrect thus noone picks up. Fries were hardly ok, but chicken was decent. Service wasn't very friendly.either.

The worst managed large chain restaurant i have ever experienced. Waited, along with 20-30 others for over two hours of pre ordered meals on Thanksgiving. Zero communication from front staff. Chaos. Manager nowhere to be seen. Orders randomly filled out of sequence. No apologies. People getting missing items because they were out of stock and zero compensation. With no info and no ability to tell me how much longer, i abandoned my order after two hours. They didnt care when i cancelled. Thanksgiving dinner ruined. If i could give this plave negative stars i would.

placed an online order and this restaurant completely ignored every call. They do not care at all. It took almost two hours to get my food and there was no way to reach anyone. This place is a total joke and completely unreliable. You are stuck waiting and hoping they even decide to deliver.

ordered on thxgiving Monday and showed up and waited forever. line up was insane. they were totally disorganized. I gave them an hour to have the meal ready and it wasn’t even close to being ready after an hour. inexcusable management.

Never had an issue with other Swiss Chalet but every time I come to this location, the customer service is so bad. Wait times on food are extremely long. It’s seems to be like this all the time, so it’s just not a bad one time experience. This has been an every time occurrence, DON’T COME HERE!

I'm sitting here at 7:22, was told my order would be ready at 6:55. There are 15 people waiting on orders. I've seen one order come out in the past 10 minutes.
I get that you're busy, but please schedule better. This is ridiculous. Order elsewhere if you didn't have an extra hour to wait.
