Absolutely lovely place, super easy to get a table. Its interior felt a bit retro but it was very nice and neat. The service was quick and friendly and the chicken was very juicy and super hot. Their fries are also delicious. Super reasonable prices as well, would definitely come back.

I like the ribs and the new Fish and chips but i fdo not like to face the staff there. They all seem so not happy and busy with a lot more important things than the customer waiting for them to respond! I need to find another palce to get my Swiss Chalet.

Placed an order for delivery that arrived lukewarm, at best, even though this location is three blocks away. The chicken was alright, but not great. The fries, which used to be delish, were cold, dry and tasteless. The delivery guy was inconsiderate until I pointed out that I was on a cane and couldn't reach the order this after already a 20% tip. I also discovered that there's an $8 cost difference in delivery vs pickup not indicated on the invoice. I've already submitted a form to Swiss Chalet explaining my displeasure and won't be visiting or ordering from them again.

Went for dinner hungry after visiting north country. Swiss Chalet1 WAS one of our favourites - NOT this time! Both my husband and I ordered the same. (Chicken on Bun with French fries on one - coleslaw on the other. Advertised on menu as “ toasted bun with hot dipping sauce”? Arrived cold buns - cold chicken pieces - one only coolish dipping sauce - no forks or serviettes in site!!Sent my cold fries back twice - third try - finally HOT!! By now the ONE dipping sauce cold!!!! Other one never showed up!! No longer at all interested in the COLD bun & COLD chicken!!Appeared not enough staff to tend to the customers - BUT - could hear a lot of merriment from the kitchen area!?!?!? Our waiter definitely required more training, along with difficulty understanding his lacking of the English language.Sadly I paid our bill with a gift card - but on second thought, I asked to speak to the manager (very cooperative). We were offered an apology and a store credit on our next visit.Unfortunately the store credit is for that same location; however it’s not our usual one we frequent.Hoping the credit could apply to one closer (on Dixon Rd near Pearson Airport?Second request - so very disappointed in that visit - asking the $50.00 gift card we spent (& eventually credited) - - Swiss Chalet will honour this credit at our closer location (Dixon Rd) . Trusting we will hear with positive results?Also yes, we spoke to the manager - took my name & phone number advising this credit would be on file - but nothing on paper for proof!! A mess from the start!!!Parking: 2 available when we arrived

My husband and I took the grandkids out here for dinner and had a great time. All of us ate well for a very reasonable price but it was our server, Barry, who made the evening extra enjoyable. He was attentive, responsive, charming and just overall awesome. We look forward to returning soon!Kid-friendliness: Great value tasty meals for kids. Cute policy of giving them a toy "treasure" at the end of the meal.

Horrible ordered on skip tonight they sent the completely wrong items and when I went to phone the manager it was closed skip did give me 24.39 the order was 59 dollar's no I want the total amount because the whole order was effected such sloppy I hope the manager reads this comment I will make it a point to phone and tell

Not alot of happy faces here, I'd hate to think the owners or staff just assume eh we are Swiss chalet what do you expect friendly service and good cooked food? Not sure why standards have slipped so much, the "Mashed Potatoes" had resolidifed into a skinned baked potatoe, re mashing myself didn't help Revive the side In the slightest and I just felt bad for the staff as if they had no other choice but to work their you'd think they were doing community service with just how unhappy they all seemed to be working but that was just my experience this one time so who knows
