Food was goodish, but there was multiple black hairs in the rice and chicken that I got, one of them was short and one of them were long and had stuff on it probably food but I don’t really know.

Visited this location on June 28th around 5 or 6 PM. The girls serving food were nice, gave me recommendations, and even offered samples to try before I ordered. But I had an extremely poor experience with the girl working at the cash counter. It was very disappointing to see such a lack of courtesy and professionalism. She acted like she hated being there and clearly didn’t know how to treat customers.

I simply asked her to repeat my total, and she yelled at me to tell my total with attitude for no reason. Then, when I asked for an extra sauce packet, she threw it on my tray and made a disgusting face. If you can’t treat customers like human beings, maybe don’t work in customer service. It takes the bare minimum to be nice!!!!

Vegetables used are not fresh, they are way past their life. The chicken dishes looked like someone chewed the food and put it back out. Gross!!!!

The food is way too salty and most of the crispy beef I got yesterday has lots of fat.

The lady offered me a plastic plate and told her I don’t use plastic so she gave me a paper bowl. Then offered me plastic cutlery… same response. Then she suggested chop sticks. She made my dinner 200%. Very accommodating. I’ll definitely be back!

I got a dumpling and it was literally raw on the inside and when I went to say something I got absolutely no sympathy. Not even an apology. Disappointing for sure

Fresh food with a really good price. Picked up the #1 combo with the black pepper steak and it was very good.

The owner of this place needs to be REPLACED. THEY UNDERCOOKED the chicken and my family has gotten sick from it. A health inspector NEEDS to evaluate and shut this restaurant down.

I really like the food here, and the friendly staff. But if the owner is reading -- you need to do something about these new cardboard containers you guys started using a couple weeks or so ago. It leaks on the bottom, and the lids are not secure. Also the cardboard ends up folding in half easily with the food, which can cause accidents. This is not acceptable for takeout. Twice already my food was really messed up by the time I got home, and sauce leaked all over inside the bag.

Did you change to these cheap containers to save some money? You will probably end up losing more in business and customer satisfaction if you don't correct it soon.

Had lunch on July 20 at the Sherway location. A young woman who serviced me asked me if i wanted noodles or rice, I nicely said noodle 3 times after repeatedly being asked. She insisted I said rice as if I said something wrong and if I was being difficult. Not sure if she didn’t understand but her attitude towards me was not any anywhere near how customer service should be. Managers, the employees you hire and how they speak to customers is reflection of the manager and the company. Quality of service the lowest of low.
