College dive bar. Visited for what I was told was trivia night but ended up being a standup comedy show. They were out of a few beers when I went which was disappointing. For what is supposed to be an Irish pub of sorts there was not a single Irish food item on the menu. Ordered a smash burger it was decent and filling.
Feels authentic to a sports bar, but maybe less of an Irish snug. I gotta say that cheap fireball and old style are special, but not all that Irish. Don’t come in search of mum’s pies or kippers. Having said that, the bar tender held the entire place herself and was funny and personable while doing so. The wings are amazing, fish and chips too. Beer runs cold and food came quick. Love it here!
Lovely staff. There was nothing really to say about the food that’s positive or super negative, it just wasn’t good but it filled the hunger gap. Would come back for the vibe and staff.
