45mins at the drive thru. There were 4 cars in front. I am still waiting for my food. There was no escape from this line. Very disappointing. Staff on Feb.28 was awful. Asked my order 4 times. And i was just stuck at the order sign since a couple other cars joined the line.

I used to like this location but it's so hit and miss now I'd rather go to the one at Union Station.
They underfill their portions most of the time, but more importantly anything fried has this very off flavour like the oil is old or they aren't scraping the bits off the bottom so they're burnt.
My last order with a friend to share: soft bean taco, beef burrito, chips w/ cheese and cinnabon delights. The soft taco was mostly tortilla, and the tortilla itself had stale bits I had to rip off (like when you forget to close the bag), beef burrito was fine but was small, couldn't eat the chips or cinnabon delights because they smelled and tasted so much like something burnt it would coat your entire mouth...
Additionally, it is a 50/50 chance when I order here that I get diet soda when I ask. I have to have a friend take a sip and check every time. I'm not diabetic but for those who are, you are putting their life in your hands if you're being negligent....

New staff member Ria she,s professional. I recently dined at KFC and had wonderful experience.
Avoid this location! I visited at 09:50 AM and had an appalling experience. The doors were open and the staff were inside actively preparing food, but they refused to come to the counter. When I approached them about my online order, they started shouting at me, demanding to know how I got in and claiming they were closed—even though it was during business hours and there was no sign indicating they were shut. The staff is extremely rude and has no idea how to communicate with customers. Absolutely unacceptable!
