They really don’t care for customer service you would expect going through a drive through that’s empty you would get food NOPE sit in your car for half an hour maybe your food will make it…..

Food tasted good, but it wasn’t up to standard. I ordered the beef grilled cheesy burrito and fries supreme, my fries supreme was not filled up. Then my burrito was alright, but wasn’t grilled properly like how I usually get it. Below is a picture of how I got my fries supreme. I feel like when you order from other places it taste better.

The food is good with quality and price. Seating room and atmosphere is adequate but I recommended deploying some visuals or white boards to help manage and improve the lead time.

The automatic door on the drive through window pinched my fingers. It should have a sensor that stops the movement upon detecting an object in its path. A huge safety issue! The lady working at the drive through did not understand safety. Poor worker training!

It takes too long to get to a hand washing station and the water pressure on the faucet and air pressure and heat on the dryer is inadequate.

This is a very bad location oh my god the cheese sauce that came with the nacho fries was RANCID like actually inedible and there was no seasoning on the fries

I ordered my food the lady was loud and rude no customer service skills and that’s not even the worst part….
While I was eating my food there was a BOLT! In my food.. called and complained and also called head office but obviously it was all a dead end.. just worried if little kids eat there and this happened to them.. BE AWARE..

Had an amazing Taco Bell experience! From the moment I walked in, the vibe was on point. Everything fresh and hot, just the way I want it. The tacos were perfectly crunchy, and the burrito? Loaded with all the good stuff—seasoned beef, cheese, rice and just the right amount of sauce. Every bite was bursting with flavor! Plus, the friendly staff made the whole experience even better. Definitely a place you can count on for a quick, satisfying meal. Would absolutely go back for more!

As a DoorDasher, I’ve picked up from many fast food places, but this particular Taco Bell location gave me one of the worst experiences.

I arrived at the drive-thru, gave the customer’s name at the speaker, and waited behind two cars for about 5–7 minutes. When it was finally my turn at the window, I was abruptly told to “come inside” – no heads-up at the speaker, which would’ve saved time and effort.

I went inside only to find that the order was already ready, but the staff member (a tall lady wearing black specs) had written the wrong name on it, scratched it off, and handed it to me with a completely careless attitude. I still don’t know if I received the correct order or not – only the customer would know. The way she interacted with me and her colleagues was shockingly rude and unprofessional – loud, bossy, and disrespectful, speaking in another language and acting like she was running a boot camp.

It wasn’t even busy – the store was nearly empty. One customer was sitting in the dining room, and another was waiting at the front, but still the energy and service were just terrible.

Also, the packaging was sloppy. No sticker on the drink lid, no attention to secure packaging. Compared to places like McDonald’s or Burger King, Taco Bell really needs to step up. Customers are paying $20–$40 per order and receiving their food like it’s being handed out of a trash bin. No care at all.

It’s clear they’re trying to cut corners on labor and packaging, but without customers, there won’t be any profit. If this is the standard they’re going with, I won’t be surprised if fewer people return – dashers and customers alike.

I posted this 7 years ago gave them a 5 star because their service was good then. Came today and it was horrible! Refused to make an order because they were closing in 1 hour. Shame on you! There are other restaurants…
