I'm not sure if there's new management, but the quality of the food has definitely gone downhill. The fries were stale, and the Gordita Crunch was soggy instead of crispy. They also gave me the wrong amount of sauce packets, and the drink was wrong. When I came back a second time, the drink was flat with no fizz. Overall, very disappointing and I won't be returning

I just waited 30 minutes for my order… what happened to fast food
Don’t order through the app as the employees never realize orders are coming through and your food will not be ready by the time the app says it should be! Always a disappointing time here
Update: another 36 minutes has passed, I got my order about 30 minutes ago. Drive home only to realize that they forgot a $10 item in the order. Had to drive back to get it. I am not having a good time

Family typical place to eat. There are times when we have placed order for food and they take forever to serve your order, other times they give you small pieces of chicken in a bucket order. When I have done delivery they forget an item. This place is a hit and miss. But the food is good. Staff sometimes friendly. The place is clean most of the time, but they take a good while before picking garbage off the tables and cleaning them for customers. You have to do it yourself at times.
