Thai Express Restaurant Etobicoke

The food here is absolutely delicious. It’s equivalent to any fine dining Thai restaurant. Really tasty. They cook it on the spot, so nothing is stale. I highly recommend the food here.

Good price, delicious food, excellent customer service. The only place we order food from whenever we are here at Woodbine Mall. Good people, I think it’s a family business. Please come to this place for your food.

Charged for an extra spring roll when I wanted one and not two. Didn’t give me an option for large or small and just charged me for large. Didn’t ask about spice level and made it too spicy. Also asked for tofu and got chicken and had only realize the significant over charge and mistakes when I left. Clearly there’s a communication issue and will take opportunities to overcharge customers if given. The food was decent but I feel ripped off that I paid over $18 for a mediocre mall meal.

My daughters brought me home a rice from here and although they mentioned SEVERAL times the rice wasn’t for them and they wanted extra spicy they dint care and gave them NO spice at all! The only reason I eat here is because of the extra spicy rice and these employees made or as it was for them. My daughters even told me the workers asked if they were “sure”. And like I said they mentioned it wasn’t for them and they didn’t care. Thanks for ruining my rice and making me waste my money. This has never happened at any other location, we pay we decide how we want our rice thanks.

Not even one piece of tofu in my pad Thai and I asked for extra. It’s in the ingredients it’s supposed to be in there.

I ordered a Beef Pad Thai and it had no flavor, the meat was raw, it was horrible and disappointing. They used to be my favorite restaurant but now with the new chef it is disgusting. I'm sorry but it was a total disappointment. I will never buy from that place again.
