I believe the manager's name is Ken. He was so friendly! The whole team was! I had a large order and their service was impeccable. We all loved our food. We can't wait to order from the Cloverdale Mall Thai Express again. I won't go to another location, sorry. They are the best here! Thank you :)

Dietary restrictions: They made a special serving for one of our vegetarian staff who doesn't eat eggs. That was very nice. I appreciated that so much.

Ordered green curry, tom yum fried rice and thai fried rice. All are good but I think how it is made and tastes is inconsistent when you order on different days. Ordering in the plastic bowls for a surcharge is definitely good value, I can get 2 meals out of it rather than in the paperbox takeout.

Slow service

Bought chicken pad thai and beef pad see ew through ubereats during the happy hour last May 11, 2024. Both food I ordered are tasty with plenty of meat and vegetables! I will buy food from here again. Asian chef is amazing!

I just placed a door dash order and called the restaurant to explain a small request. The person who answered the phone was very polite. The order was prepared exactly as I asked and they gave me a huge portion of rice plus a free spring roll! I’ve ordered in person here before and always had good service but because of a food injury I had to order from door dash today. I am very happy with their generous rice portion and extra spring roll. Thank you so much!!

Just sent my employee for a fried Chicken and shrimp
There was literally 3 pieces of chicken and a few shrimps
For 24$
Ownership changed and trying to make that extra $ on clients
Insulting.

My partner and I ordered Vegan fried rice and Pad thai. They gave us huge portions and it was full of flavour and fresh veggies.Food came full of flavour and hot.
