Unbelievable. This is the spot for any reason, for any occasion. The food is absolutely delicious and your stomach will absolutely be so thankful that you came here. Everything was fresh, flavourful, and the quantities served is a sight to be seen. Absolutely worth the price as well. I highly highly recommend anyone to visit if you never have before. Things will get messy 100%, so just be prepared to feast.

It was fun to eat with our hands, and I enjoyed the variety of options. I ended up getting snow crab with egg and rice, while my significant other had crawfish, corn, and rice. I loved the sauce I chose, and even though the one we ordered as āmildā was a little spicier than expected, that might just be us. The food was quite nice overall.
The only downside was that the meal came with just one boiled egg and only half a piece of corn I wish there had been a bit more of those sides.
That said, the service was good, and the atmosphere really helped immerse us in the meal. Overall, I would definitely go again!

We always go to this place after shopping at Sherway Gardens. The sauces there are always good but we wish that the seafood portions whether they are clams or mussles etc would be better.

Today, I would like to share my recent experience at your establishment. Attached is a photo of the employee involved in the incident. Unfortunately, the service we initially received was extremely disappointing.
We were served undersized, possibly baby crawfish, and when we raised our concerns, the employee responded with a poor attitude. The chef refused to come out and explain why such small portions were being served and did not offer any form of compensationāno discount from him , no complimentary side, not even a simple bowl of riceāas a gesture of goodwill. His tone and remarks were also concerning which left us uncomfortable and frustrated.
Fortunately, another manager later stepped in and handled the situation professionally. They listened to our concerns, showed empathy, and made things right, which we truly appreciated.
However, the employee pictured below, who also appeared to be in a managerial position, should not be representing your brand. His behavior was unacceptable and reflects poorly on your business. I have forwarded this incident to Mr. Eugene and others in the chain of command.
This was not a positive experience, and I hope appropriate action is taken to prevent similar issues in the future. Also this will be forwarded to the ministry of natural resources

I don't even eat seafood... I tried it here and LOVED it. Tasty& fresh, u get gloves to eat and a convenience wash station nearby. Definitely recommend Captain's Boil ,
