Had a reservation for dinner for myself and my partner and we walked out after 30 min. Terrible service from the 1 bartender/server and zero help or acknowledgment from who looked like a manager “helping out”. Got sat without menus - no big deal I’ll just ask for some. When I asked for 2 menus I pretty much got met with an annoyed tone and 1 menu. Within 15-20min, we finished our drinks and pretty much had to wave the server down to get our bill. 2 table visits, 1 being for the bill, and got about 5 words from our server - none of them made us feel welcomed. Super disappointed as we’ve had a great experience before and were excited for the food. Not worth the horrible service and we left feeling like our table being sat was somewhat of a hinderance to the staff. Will not be returning no matter how good the food has been in the past.

UGH SO GOOD! Brisket was a bit dry, but the sauces made up for it. Sausage was amazing, fries were one of the best I’ve had, coleslaw was so surprisingly good, and beans too.

First time coming here and heard they are known for their bbq meats! And tbh it was ok.. It could of been better if my meat platter wasn't cold but it was still good. The meat was still juicy and and tender but it could of been a lot better if it was hot. The fries were so salty though. And I also ordered a burger, it was huge! It was okay too. It was a little too much meat for me. But still enjoyable. Beautiful atmosphere though and good service.

This is one of the best places in Etobicoke. Their mac and cheese is incredible! Portions are always very generous which is perfect for splitting a few things or having delicious leftovers! I’ve probably ordered from here over ten times and the food is consistently fantastic. If you’re in the area, it’s a must visit.

The brisket is really really nicely done. The beans and fries as well. Overall great barbecue

Great food. Not too smokey. Just right. I wish they would consider Ukrainian perogies as a side dish with fried onions. It would go great with the delicious brisket or ribs.

Ordered the platter for 3 from the Queensway location for the first time and was very impressed!Delicious, quality BBQ with generous portions.Fed a family of 4 with plenty leftovers for tomorrow, and then some. Will definitely be back.

Great food at a fair price. Love the cauliflower and fried chicken. Fries are amazing too. And the banoffee pie!

Buyer beware. Great BBQ… but it’s consistently ruined by “Kitchen Hub”.If you order from the west end of Toronto you’re not actually getting delivery from The Carbon Bar: it’s coming from some central depot (“Kitchen Hub”) that seems to be overworked. We’ve tried ordering three times: the first two orders were missing small items… and, on our last order, everything arrived stone cold.If you follow the instructions on the friendly “let us know if anything’s wrong!” tag on the bag, your call is simply redirected to whatever delivery service took the order… and they’ve been unhelpful. When the food arrives (and when it’s hot) it’s actually good BBQ. I would actually love to leave a good review — but, after three strikes, I really recommend people look elsewhere.

Decent spot overall. We ordered the brisket, pulled pork, and fried chicken. Having had extensive experience with southern style BBQ in the US, I can say this has an above average amount of authenticity. The brisket was cooked perfectly, though lacked a bit of seasoning on the crust. The pulled pork was tender, and the fried chicken was juicy (though it also lacked some seasoning). The fries were amazing. They can up their bbq sauce game as well, so if you’re a big sauce person like I am, be sure to have your own ready.

Ordered through skip the dishes...we were missing one of our mains and what we did get I could have made better myself. Contacted the restaurant directly before complaining to skip and they made no effort to resolve the issue, so had to give my daughter my meal and make something for myself after spending $100 on fried chicken and BBQ.Would not recommend and would not order again.
