Edit: Thanks for your response. That’s what it says here in google, but when I drove over to your store yesterday it said “Monday - CLOSED” and the lights were turned off and nobody was inside.

Went in for a milkshake and was told they’re out of milk. With all of the stores in the surrounding area you would think this would be an easy fix, rather than turning away customers. Drove all the way from the east end for this place. What a disappointment. Shoppers drug mart and no frills right next door, you’d think someone could ensure they had milk.

When I went and inquired about the dairy free I was told they only had one flavor and they happen to be out at the time. If you are looking for options I suggest you go elsewhere.

Location is nice with patio seating and the server was good, but do yourself a favour and don't bother getting the ice cream from here. It is equivalent pricing to other shops who totally beat the quality. It's a NO for me. Not creamy and no flavour

I love The Loop. It is my favourite place to get ice cream when I'm in Etobicoke.
They make the most fantastic custard ice cream!! After trying their london fog, i cant stop thinking and telling others to visit this shop!If you are hungry, the burgers shop is also delicious!!!!

Visited here for the first time and the server, named Cass, here is super super energetic and fun. She was super good and had a huge smile on her face with full of energy. I definitely recommend this place. Go and check it out❤️❤️
