Started ordering from Wokker this summer, even though i've lived in the area many years. The food is always delicious. It is a step up from typical chinese take-out quality and taste-wise. If you order online, depending on how busy they are, it may not be ready exactly on time (sometimes I need to wait 10-15 minutes).

I got Crispy beef and general Tao chicken. Taste was fine but the crispy beef had no beef in it, just a thin piece of beef covered by a 5 times thicker layer of bread. Same thé general Tao, I won’t order from this place again

Unfortunately after many year of going here we are disappointed tonight, the food tasted likeMicrowave frozen food heated up for dinner and the costs don’t match. ?

Very tasty general tao chicken, breading was nice, not too thick and sauce tasted good. Also got cashew chicken...it was ok, not much flavor. Overall good Chinese food, pretty cheap 10$ lunch special too. Friendly staff ?

Absolutely delicious, fresh Chinese food. Have been coming here for years and it is better than ever. They have a new chef and it’s reflected in the quality of the food. Service is friendly, food arrives quickly, and it is reasonably priced. I love this place.

Ordered food from the restaurant today and the food was very salty and we could barely eat it. When I called the restaurant to complain I got no apology. Instead the lady on the phone retorted back. I have been a regularly customer but no more. Very disappointing. Waste of food and money.

Worst restaurant experience I’ve had in many years.My brother wrote a previous review of our New Years Eve experience with this restaurant but I just wanted to express the discomfort I felt with the way this establishment was operating considering the Covid-19 pandemic and restrictions in place.There were over 20 people at any time in the restaurant while we waited for over an hour for an order we placed earlier in the day for pick-up at 6:30pm. The customer service was appalling and clearly the restaurant has no idea how to run such a business. They clearly could not keep up with the demand but could not clearly evaluate that beforehand or chose to ignore it. They turned off their phones so when we wanted a check on our order I was forced to go into a crowded small space with no ventilation during a pandemic just to TRY and speak to someone.I had suggested my order be cancelled - the reason for this was I realized the situation going on with all the patrons waiting for their orders AND I didn’t want to wait around in the crowded space which was very dangerous given the health crisis we are currently in. By cancelling the order this would have opened up time for someone else’s order to be completed and we could’ve vacated the premises. Instead, one of the workers didn’t like my suggestion and said no, that my order was almost ready (it wasn’t).At this time, while I was waiting for someone to speak to me, I could see inside the kitchen. There were quite a few staff members in that small space and some of them were not wearing masks- in fact, one woman was near the food with her mask below her nose and mouth.What was clear to me was this establishment does not care about the well-being of their staff or customers. The fact that they were not communicating anything with us about our orders shows that all they care about is the money and nothing else. The fact that they couldn’t recognize having so many people in a small space was dangerous under the circumstances is concerning - they could’ve easily had a better system of telling people to go wait in their cars and the restaurant would call when their order was ready. Doing so would’ve allowed people who did not have a car to wait distanced in the restaurant. Should they had done this I’m sure the patrons would’ve understood given this is what people have become used to during the pandemic. Such a process doesn’t require many staff, just organization and a level of understanding.The issue with the part- owner (as my brother explained in his previous review) was, in my opinion, just ridiculous - the owner came into the restaurant clearly unhappy and was incredibly arrogant and rude to his customers. He acted as though WE were the problem but in fact he is as he is ultimately responsible for how his business is run and the situation he placed us and everyone else in.We can’t comment on the food and I must say I’m kind of relieved about that considering the fact that I saw staff not wearing masks correctly. Keep this in mind when you order from here although I don’t recommend anyone order from this restaurant. They’ve lost my business and although we’re just one family, I hope you consider what I’ve noted above before giving this place your hard earned money.
