Tim Hortons

The lady working who wears the vest is SO mean and disrespectful to all the other workers. She yells at them and talks down to them like a child, and im not even being overly sensitive, it stands out because ive never encountered a situation so bad like this. Seriously countless times, i come here everyday, and everyday she is so rude to every worker and she always does it publicly, every customer in the line can feel the tension truly….Its so awkward and i actually feel so bad for the other workers, she literally works with a scowl on her face too!! Like just ANGRY, ive never seen someone work with an actual scowl on their face except this lady. I understand people have emotions, but at work.. that is not acceptable. If i worked at this Tim hortons, i would quit on the spot because of that lady. So rude, mean, disrespectful, in-front of everyone. Everyday! So bad for the workers and its just awkward for the customers because she does it so loudly anyone in the tims or in line can hear very clearly what she is saying. i cant believe this lady gets away with acting so childish when she is a grown women. She needs to be reprimanded / spoke to about how she acts. This is constant

Showed up over an hour before they close. Tried to order a sandwich and was told “We don’t have food, only what’s in the (mostly empty) dsplay. It’s Friday so we don’t carry food late.”

And they weren’t kidding. The food prep station was spotless.

Rarely a good experience. Try and get your coffee before you get to Islington Station.

The worst location ever. Stuff stop serving sandwiches at 6:30 pm even tho they are closing at 8 pm. Do not expect a good service here.

Usually okay but today I got this ice cap with vanilla shot I guess they put a sanitizer shot instead tastes like alcohol but worse. Something wrong please clean or check what you're using.

I recently bought potato wedges from Tim’s and was disappointed to find they were raw and not properly cooked. They were hard inside. I went back to complain and requested a replacement. When I mentioned that the replacements also seemed raw, the person at the counter argued with me instead of addressing the issue. As someone who works for Tim Hortons, I know the standards and this was not acceptable. Please work on improving customer service and avoid being rude to customers.

The deli who made that bagel wasn't wearing food safety gloves !!!!! Please make sure the customer's as well as personal staff hygeine is maintained.

Absolute garbage service. Other than a couple of senior employees, the rest just look like untrained pedestrians behind the counter. Messes up orders 9/10 times. Surprising that they can make a proper double double. Can’t post a picture of the order they messed up because I just left without it. Nobody has 15minutes to stand around in tim hortons waiting for their order to be messed up and remade everyday. Joke of a franchise branch.
