Tim Hortons

My most recent order included an ice coffee, a breakfast sandwich and a small box of Timbits. I asked for everything EXCEPT the birthday cake timbit.

Emee repeated my order to me and emphasized ‘Everything except birthday cake’. Emee proceeded to put the timbits together, but not before turning to her co-worker & said ‘Girl, did you hear the drink order?’ to who appears to be a young trainee.

Emee handed me the box of timbits, I opened and closed it thinking my order was correct. When I got to my office and began eating, I saw that Emee put 3 other flavoured timbits on top and all birthday cake underneath. Out of a box of 10, 7 were the flavour I said I did not want.

If this was a mix up I would think that all flavours would be thrown in, not the one I said I did not want carefully on the bottom and other flavours on top covering/hiding it. Even more so the order was correctly repeated to me less than a minute between confirmation and putting the order together.

This is not the first time this happened. Previously I made the same order & I was given a box with only the flavour I did not want and just like today Emee repeated my order before putting the box together. It was taken care of right away that day, but today I had already gotten back to my office.

I’ve also experienced Emee yelling at another one of her co-worker saying she is wasting food. Emee put together my lunch bowl, once I got up my desk I realised Emee had scrapped burnt rice into my bowl. Is burnt rice the correct base for the bowls TimHortons offers?

Maybe some re-training on Tim Hortons standards as well as how to speak with co-workers and guests.

I was there ordered 2blts and the girl was in a hurry so she threw my sandwichs on the floor whlie by mistake another guy kicked it i wanted to return the sandwichs but the manager came and just told me to eat it so i just left the sandwichs there and left
It was a really bad experience as a whole i was not expecting to be treated like that i thought i would just get my coffee and sandwich and be on my way but i just wasted my money there.
Dont go here they don’t respect you or your time and money at all

Absolutely Disgusting Experience

I visited Tim Hortons and had one of the worst customer service experiences ever. I ordered two bacon sandwiches, and while waiting, the employee literally dropped our food on the floor. To make it worse, someone stepped on it, and they still served it to us without replacing it.

Are you serious? That’s not just bad service — it’s completely unacceptable and unhygienic. We left the sandwiches on their table and walked out. $15 down the drain because they couldn’t even be bothered to do the bare minimum.

If you care about your health, money, and being treated like a human being, avoid this place.

Top Tim Hortons i ever had for a while. Order a brown sugar iced latte with bagel blt. The energy of the team is vibrant and you can sense it stand out from many branches in the town. Would recommend!

I love to go to this place before my night shift. The crews especially Jassimsan and Acash are very accommodating with a smile on their face. They make it sure my coffee is ready after they saw me coming. It made me feel better to start my shift. Thanks Jassimsan and Acash. Keep up the good work and good services that you’ve been doing for the customers. Goodluck!

Just got out of store asked for pistachio white hot chocolate and got regular one and the bagel was also double toasted never coming back bad experience 👎

3.15 for a cup of ice ,thought I’d give this store another chance, after them being rude. Will never return! Save your money

Great Evening Service and Friendly Staff!

I stopped by this Tim Hortons during the evening, and I was really impressed with the service. Employee Lawish , Akash and Jass was especially friendly and made my visit even better. They prepared my order perfectly and with a great attitude. Even though it was later in the day, everything was fresh, and the restaurant was clean and well-stocked. The team handled customers quickly while still being polite and welcoming. It’s always nice to grab a coffee and snack in a place where the employees genuinely care about providing good service. Will definitely be coming back!

The food and service provided by them was excellent especially Lavish provide me my drink very fast and was very good

Bad service !!!

The guy at the middle counter got my order wrong three times and the lady next to him even accused me of canceling my order. I even showed him the offer I’d like to use but he still messed it up. That lady’s attitude was so annoying. In the end, I didn’t buy my breakfast and left in bad mood.

If u could give NO stars i would. There is only one lady that does her job. Esme is the only person there that cares about her job. Two days in a row they have messed up my order and it’s not even complicated. I quite literally ordered a CHESE CROISSANT and a SMALL TEA, both times. Not only did it take them 20 mins to complete but they gave me the wrong food item. I’m actually very disappointed in this store, I’ve never felt so disappointed. As a manager of a coffee shop myself, it really isn’t that hard to make your customers feel happy after leaving. Very sad.

I went there to grab a coffee sit down and do some work for 5 minutes, but the staff said I had to leave as they were closing the dinding area at 3pm. But it was only 1 45 pm when i got there and I was already seated at a table. Plus to make things worse they completely skipped my order and I had to remind them again about it until I finally got my coffee. Terrible customer service.

Genuinely the nicest people working here I’ve seen at a tim hortons in literally a decade ! gives me faith that Tim hortons can still be good

Felt weirded out and uncomfortable when the employees were all chatting with one another in their own language so I used the touch screen to order…I found the dining area to be very dirty, garbage and used napkins everywhere :( and there were a group of teens loitering in the seating area, felt uncomfortable bringing my kid here. Sat somewhere else.

This location is connected to Islington station, there is paid parking in the Islington place garage downstairs. There is a Sobeys right across, a Goodlife Fitness Gym, and a bubble tea place.
