Shocked that the manager of the location was yelling at an employee at the front of the store, with a lineup of customers waiting. Something along the lines of ‘It’s not that difficult, how complicated is making espresso’. You could hear a pin drop when all 20-25 customers went silent…

The franchise owners and head office should be made aware of this and take action.

Food is standard Tim’s. They never have sesame bagels or other items though. Only a select few things.

I have been frequenting the tims at 3300 bloor street for close to 3 years now. I have never received anything but great customer service. The owner is a wonderful person and her employees are great.

Top 3 worst Tim’s. Terrible drinks, terrible food, terrible service. There’s one very kind Slavic lady who works here and I pray she finds better employment because I feel bad for her.

I have been coming to this Tim Hortons for over 10 years and know the team well. I can honestly say, this is one of the best locations I’ve experienced—better than any other Tim Hortons I’ve visited. The atmosphere is welcoming, and the service is consistently excellent.

The manager, Angus, is truly amazing—welcoming, friendly, and genuinely attentive to every customer. She’s quick and efficient, often watching over the line for pickup to ensure everything runs smoothly. Her warm smile and excellent customer service make me feel right at home every time I walk in. The place is always clean and comfortable, creating a cozy atmosphere that I look forward to.

Emee, the supervisor, is also fantastic—friendly, professional, and always ready to help. The entire team works so well together, making this my second home. I highly recommend this location to anyone looking for great coffee and exceptional service!

Today oct 08,I ordered a medium IceCapp.It tasted so bad that it had more espresso and slightly bitter and sour .I had to completely throw it away.I was in hurry so couldn’t ask for a replacement.I being a loyal and regular customer for Tim Hortons this was terrible

I believe this is one of the best Tim Hortons locations. I take steeped tea five days a week, and I only go to this one because of the wonderful staff, especially a girl named Honey. She is so kind-hearted, always friendly, and incredibly helpful whenever I need anything. I highly recommend everyone to visit this location whenever you're near Islington Station
