The staff at this location is not only slow, but gave my order to someone one else??
I saw several other orders prepared and served. When I asked about my order the cashiers looked surprised and when I finally got my order that’s when I found out. No apologies either.

Most of the time we experienced all are rude but she totally changed my perspective. Arshdeep was talking so patiently with everyone. Thank you . very friendly staff. They made a mistake in my order but they compensated me properly!
They messed up order. It was a simple order i just wanted a toasted everything bagel with a slice of cheddar in it and guess what they forgot to put cheddar gave me just bagel 😂😂. They literally took 5-6 minutes in drive thru, I thought I am gonna have the best bagel today but this happened. God bless them. The time of my order was 12:05 AM and literally there were only two cars and yet they did this. A good example of Procrastination and Poor Service. Why am I finding this thing funny IDK 😂

I ordered a wrap, wedges and a coffee. Wrap was all wet leaking, wedges was fine. And they gave me wrong coffee. There was huge line and i didn't wanted to wait again. Worst service so far from any tim hortons. also they gave me wrong dipping sauce. Great guys. I have to throw most of my food. Change your staff asap.
