First time got a hot chocolate the cup was only half filled, spoke with the store and got a replacement. The replacement only tasted liked water there is no consistency at this location with drinks. And the girl at the cash never smiles or says goodmorning or have a good day. Will not be coming back here again.

I LOVE the icedcap here!!! The employees are nice especially the lady that was on the cash register ( forgot to get her name but she might be African) it shows that she has been trained for her job she is really nice to customers exceptional service

Worst Tim Hortons around. Better off going to McDonalds next door. I ordered an everything bagel, toasted with extra cream cheese (on both sides and tomato. I paid $8 for that and an iced coffee. Check out what my bagel looked like… lol They charged me and didn’t put it on
