Honestly can’t say enough good things, it’s was ridiculously busy, *on Christmas Day*, and every staff member was working as part of a well oiled machine. They handled the crowd incredibly well, and all of our food came out quickly, and made well. Hope the workers were making double time on Christmas Day, because they earned it.

…was shopping in mall, decided to buy a wrap to take home for lunch. I love cilantro & lime so got this one.
…when I got home & started to eat it—-no cilantro, no lime!
…there’s rice, black beans, corn, cucumbers!!
Very disappointed!

Too many people, scrappy neighborhood. I would never go here. Worst Tim hortons ever.
I ordered scrambled eggs and still waiting for it 15 mins. “More eggs are coming” is the response.

I had one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever encountered at this Tim Hortons location, and that is saying something. I waited in line for almost seven minutes while four employees stood behind the counter, two of whom (Harjot and Harpreet) were fully engaged in their own conversation. When I politely asked if someone could assist me, I was met with, “I’m doing my work,” and, “We have responsibilities,” delivered with a tone that suggested my presence was an inconvenience rather than the reason the business exists.
When I finally reached the counter, a male employee took my order for a medium caramel ice cap with no whip cream. Simple. Unfortunately, nothing about what followed was simple. As I quietly relayed what had happened to my daughter over the phone (who could hear the raised voices in the background), Harjot decided to continue arguing with me from across the counter.
Then I watched another female employee add whip cream to my order. I reminded them I had asked for no whip cream due to dietary restrictions. Instead of apologizing and remaking it properly, they began speaking among themselves in another language, and the male employee insisted I “did not say that.” I always say it. They then scooped the whip cream out with an unclean spoon. At that point, the drink was the least of my concerns.
It was astonishing to watch three employees essentially tag teaming a customer over something as simple as being asked for assistance and a drink being made correctly. Arguing with a customer over whip cream is ridiculous by any standard of professionalism.
I asked for the manager’s contact information, which they refused to provide. I asked for their names since I planned to contact corporate; they refused that too, despite the fact that they were wearing name tags. Ironically, they told me they had “never been called rude” before. A quick look at the other reviews for this location tells a very different story.
I requested a refund on the spot and walked out. I will never return to this location again, and I would strongly encourage anyone thinking about stopping here to reconsider unless they enjoy being spoken to with disrespect and watching basic customer service standards evaporate.
I fully intend to contact Tim Hortons corporate about the notoriously poor service at this location, which is reflected not just in my experience but in countless other reviews.
Shameful and truly unbelievable.

Food is good and order made correctly. However very busy with long line up and never seating during lunch hour.

Nice to grab a coffee anytime but mostly over crowded and not-so-clean place to work on laptop or hangout with friends.
