I’ve been coming to this Tim Hortons for 4–5+ years since I work in the area, and the service has been consistently amazing. The morning ladies are incredibly kind and patient, especially considering how busy this location gets. They remember regular customers and our orders, which truly makes a difference.
There’s also a gentleman I see in the mornings and afternoons who is always so kind and welcoming. Honestly, most of the team here is wonderful. Like anywhere, everyone has their moments—but working in a small, busy gas station with constant lineups can’t be easy.
One thing that really stands out: my mom orders the Tropical Green Tea almost daily, and many locations don’t even carry it. I’m pretty sure this location makes an effort to keep it in stock because they know we come here regularly, which says a lot about how much they care about their customers.
I’ve seen some negative reviews, but after being a consistent customer for years, you start to understand it’s not always their fault and you also start to notice how rude some people can get over coffee. A little patience goes a long way, especially when there are 10 people in line plus mobile orders and limited space.
This team has a lot of heart and genuinely goes above and beyond. They all deserve a raise. Their consistency, kindness, and effort over the years do not go unnoticed. They work hard, they care, and it shows every single day.

The service I received on December 11, 2025 at 9:26 PM was honestly unacceptable. The woman taking my order didn’t acknowledge me or my sister at all; she stayed on her phone the entire time we were ordering and didn’t say a single word to us except asking how we wanted to pay. She didn’t confirm our order, didn’t look up, and made it feel like we were bothering her just by being there.
I left genuinely shocked and uncomfortable. I’ve never experienced service this rude, and it completely ruined the visit for us. Don’t work if this is how you treat customers. Ridiculous!

The service at this location is honestly embarrassing. They are continuously always understaffed (6+ people in line at all times with a minimum 10 minute wait) and the employees here are extremely rude. They will go out of their way to make things more difficult and will refuse to get you napkins, straws, coffee cup holders, etc - simple things out of pure laziness. They will argue with you for no reason.
I’d rather wait at the Tim Hortons down the street for 30 minutes than give this location my business. Management really needs to take a look at who they are hiring. It has been this way for almost a year with different staff constantly changing. The turnover rate is very high and that’s coming from a customer standpoint. Don’t go here if you’re looking for decent service or are in a rush.

I visited this Tim Hortons between 4:00 and 4:30 PM and ordered an iced capp and a donut using 200 reward points. Instead, I got an iced coffee and a donut, and my points weren’t applied. The staff member’s behavior was also not acceptable. I hope for better service in the future.

Ordered through Too Good to go. When I arrived to pick up the food they told me they didn't receive my order. Provided them proof of payment and the receipt. Instead of preparing the order, they told me to come back in four hours. Why would I come back in four hours when I'm already there? Terrible problem solving skills

I just order a steep tea…. Few minutes ago they just sent me black tea with few milk and sugar packets. They should know steep tea never comes black second thing i call them they give me a reason a new girl is on a training then i talk to her i understand she is on training but she should know how to talk to a customer she is saying its your fault not mine. She was really really rude she didn’t even understood what i was saying she just said its your fault. Still i try to adjust mixed up everything but its taste like am drinking a water. Even I don’t wants to give them a one star for their customer service.

I'm not surprised why this location has low ratings. Their customer service is the worst! I bought 3 breakfast combos with vanilla dip donuts. They first forgot my donuts. Then I nicely asked for a small box to put the donuts in so that they didn't get squished. PINTI (a young female server) spent a good amount of time complained and said I should have had told her when she was picking them up. I replied that I couldn't see behind the display case if she was holding a bag or a box. But she kept going on with her lecture and gave me a giant box (50 pack) for the 3 donuts?! I just don't understand the attitude, especially she is like half my age. I suggest the owner should either re-train her or find a better replacement.
