I'm not surprised why this location has low ratings. Their customer service is the worst! I bought 3 breakfast combos with vanilla dip donuts. They first forgot my donuts. Then I nicely asked for a small box to put the donuts in so that they didn't get squished. PINTI (a young female server) spent a good amount of time complained and said I should have had told her when she was picking them up. I replied that I couldn't see behind the display case if she was holding a bag or a box. But she kept going on with her lecture and gave me a giant box (50 pack) for the 3 donuts?! I just don't understand the attitude, especially she is like half my age. I suggest the owner should either re-train her or find a better replacement.

came here in a rush for breakfast, the bread was not fully cooked through, they did not put jam as per my request, the coffee was not warm and i would not go back. many better places here.

No accessible menu available online or in person, when you actually go into the location they rush you to tell them what you want even if you’re clearly still looking at the tiny menu that changes every 5 seconds and are clearly still trying to choose, and if you ask for more time they’ll leave and ignore you until they can’t anymore. I just tried to call in advance to ask about the menu to avoid this behaviour and the lady told me I had to download their actual app to access it… horrendous everything all around from service or atmosphere etc unless you know exactly what you want before even going in and are still okay with it being wrong!!
