Hi there, first of all i would like to mention that all the workers there provide good quality of service however i would like to mention someone special who usually work there her name starts with “K” i am not going to reveal it i just love her vibe the way she smiles usually give me goosebumps i like her alot i want to be your friend . Can we!?

This should never be served to customers, especially when you're closing at 10 PM. I was eating my wrap and I'm glad I didn't finish it. I chewed a hard, crispy chicken that was sitting there for who knows how long. I returned it to the guy that made my food. At least he made me a turkey bacon club sandwich as an exchange. If it is a new guy, he needs more training.

Great donuts whenever I get them from this outlet specifically. The staff here are relatively quicker too.
The newest trick of this outlet - not providing Farmers Wrap when there is an offer going on the app . Always letting you know that it’s “not available” or we have to come a “certain time” to have the wrap so then the customer is forced to buy another wrap at a regular price.

I have been a tim hortions customer for 6 years and have made over $10,000 worth of timhortions purchases on average.
You've tried all sorts of ways to get me to get back in line for a tap of water and pay 10c. It is impossible to understand how such a large company would humiliate itself for 10c. I am in a position to give 10c ıts ok. I suggest you take my time and consider the customer satisfaction that is so frustrating that. Sorry guys your faild.
