I usually stop in during the evening a couple times a week and pick up a half dozen muffins for the morning. The ladies who serve me are so nice. Won’t find better service anywhere.

Today i did mobile order , but they didn’t have the product which i ordered which is totally understandable but , I was constantly waiting for the tea as well , no body approached me , when i asked a girl , she said we don’t have it , and continuely taking orders of others and making drinks , if you guys can not give priority to mobile orders then , whats the point to do a mobile order ? Even you are not listening to the customer, i asked her that can i get any replacement, then again she ingores and continues to take orders ? . Then i took refund from manager, othervise it is not a big issue if restaurant does not have any product, I would be happy to took replacement if they did ask me
Thanks !!

I ordered mocha ice cap with less whipped cream and they add extra cream after that i told them that i want less whipped cream so they remove the cream from the top and gave that kind of massy cup and massy coffee …such a rude behaviour of the employee

5250 Dundas West location is good but some people made it a casino. They sit there for hours without spending a dollar. Making noise and disturbing other customers. Please take care of them.

This Tim Horton's staff are absolutely amazing. They are welcoming, professional, organized and cheerful. Marielle & Gemma provided yeoman service. Thanks for the great experience, Annie😊

This Tim Hortons is better than most. That being said, I find I'm only enjoying 1 coffee out of 10. They don't maintain and clean their machines properly and regularly. As a result, the coffee has a musty raunchy film to it so bad I can't finish most. I'm making a New-Years resolution to cut down or even eliminate my visit to Tim's. Think of the money you could save if you stop your visits to Tim's. It's not that innocent little company that opened in the 70's. It's nothing but corporate greed.

If you've ever watched the morning team work, you'd be mesmerized at their synchronization and efficiency. Every single employee is working at 100% capacity to get everyone's orders correct and out in a timely manner. Truly amazing. The food... it's as best as Tim's can be, the atmosphere, you should blame the city, but the service? Top notch.

I recently had a very disappointing experience at the Tim Hortons drive-thru. On November 11, 2025, at around 7:46 PM, I placed an order for a small French Vanilla. The staff didn’t seem to hear me properly, and I had to repeat my order multiple times. Even then, there was no response for several minutes.

When I reached the window, there were three staff members, and all of them spoke to me rudely at the same time. They were busy talking among themselves and ignored me at first. When they finally opened the window, instead of being polite, Dhaval and the other staff members were disrespectful and unprofessional. I felt embarrassed and disrespected by how I was treated.

This Tim Hortons is convenient for a quick caffeine fix — I often stop by for French vanilla, steeped tea, or coffee. The drinks are usually fine, but sugar levels can be inconsistent, and they don’t always stir properly, leaving all the sweetness at the bottom. The place tends to be quite busy, and seating is limited compared to the crowd. Also, it’s a bit uncomfortable when people ask for money near the kiosk. Overall, decent for a grab-and-go stop, but not the best spot to sit and relax.
