I got the coffee and the cup was smell very bad , I told the girl who work there change it and it says what wrong with it I told her it smell bad , then she realized and wash her hand and give me new one , no cloves and the cup was smell spices.

Place an order on the app, ( rushing never chech my order ) two coffee and two donuts, unfortunately the donuts was not fresh, try to call the store all day ( from.2pm until after 4:30pm ) but got no answer....

I would like to share feedback about my recent order of a Farmer’s Wrap. The hash browns were overcooked and extremely hard, making the wrap very difficult to eat. This really affected the quality of the meal.

I had a great experience at Tim Hortons. The service was quick and efficient, and the staff in the drive-thru were extremely friendly and welcoming. My order was fresh, hot, and exactly as requested. It’s always nice to visit a location where the team clearly cares about good customer service. Highly recommend!

The Asian lady at the drive thru needs to understand that the timer she’s so desperate to meet is for her and the other employees, NOT the customers. She could have some patience and there’s absolutely no reason to be that rude.

Theres a specific person at drive thru. She’s fairly young , Asian wears glasses. She’s extremely rude, aggressive and condescending. I truly believe she needs to take come classes on communication and social skills or quit working customer service. It seems like it’s a drag to work. I just don’t understand how someone could have all that hate for so early in the morning.
