Order submitted online through the app. I did ordered 2x10 assorted tim bits. When I went at the location, I was told that they have only 10 pieces and not 20. I was asked if I want something else as nobody knew how to do a refund. It’s not about the $4 but still it’s money and service. What if I order 50 tim bits and they don’t have on hand? Ans nobody knows how to refund money back to my app card???? Absolutely not professional and disappointing service! Why do I need to use app when they don’t have the item available???

The lady in the Drive-Thru is so concerned with the time each order that she makes sure that the staff don't even bother toasting the wraps in the morning. What a joke! Did this thing even touch the grill? And whoever's making the coffee there clearly doesn't understand what two sugars means. Gave me black coffee. Minimum wage. Minimum effort I guess
