Great atmosphere, but the service and billing need serious attention. Ordered a croissant sausage-egg combo with hash brown and medium coffee — got charged $11 instead of the usual $7. They made the coffee large, added extra cheese I never asked for, and claimed it was correct. Manager didn’t acknowledge the issue. Only the experienced staff seem to understand customers; new ones need proper training. Receipt and photos attached for reference. Tim Hortons, please fix this — customers deserve clarity and fairness.

Was ordering coffee at the drive through, asked for glazed timbits, had some confusion ... all of a sudden a male voice jumped into the conversation’ we don’t have it here” in a yelling way, when prompted please do not yell, this not customer service, his voice became more louder and aggressive…!
this sudden interruption into a conversation by a third person while ordering food, is impolite, ill mannered and simply put, disgusting. Please do not hire staff, who don’t have manners and ethics of how to converse with people and perform customer service.
What a shame how a few handful of people are destroying our country’s friendly nature.

The is second time happened with me in drive through night time and today as well again , lady speak to slow, no greets, no welcoming I can’t even hear her properly and see what at the end she messed up with my order, I ordered steeped tea she gave me cofee instead totally hilarious, wasted my money. Team I request you to trained or hire some responsible or customer service people. Don’t know who hired this type of irresponsible people 💩

We come here almost everyday, it’s close to our place. But many times when I order bagel I have to return it and request to cut it in half. And after they cut it in a half, the Bagel looks murdered. I find it disgusting!! Were they mad because I am asking extra effort? (Took a photo)

This happens many times!
I used to use the Kiosk to order especially when busy, but the kiosks doesn’t have that option to cut that Bagels.

Some of the ladies here are nice but there few who are rude, they don’t say rude words but the demeanour you can tell..

My point is, you do not need to be nice! If it’s very difficult for you to do! Just do the right thing! You knew your job, and a request coming from a customer is something you should always expect!
