Today I was waiting for the rice to be ready . They told me if I don’t mind to wait 5 minutes but end up being 15+ minutes . I wish I knew.

We come here almost everyday, it’s close to our place. But many times when I order bagel I have to return it and request to cut it in half. And after they cut it in a half, the Bagel looks murdered. I find it disgusting!! Were they mad because I am asking extra effort? (Took a photo)
This happens many times!
I used to use the Kiosk to order especially when busy, but the kiosks doesn’t have that option to cut that Bagels.
Some of the ladies here are nice but there few who are rude, they don’t say rude words but the demeanour you can tell..
My point is, you do not need to be nice! If it’s very difficult for you to do! Just do the right thing! You knew your job, and a request coming from a customer is something you should always expect!
Coffee is always well made, and the drive thru moves quickly

The worst customer service I have ever experienced at this Tim, I have ordered through drive through and 4 items were wrong even after telling him straight forward what I wanted, and I have seen him talking to the co worker about me, like thats the worst thing anyone can do, I do get it that people do make mistakes but 4 times with 4 items? And its his mistake still he was talking about me to the coworker like what is wrong with me? This is crazy, I will never come to this Tim again.
JOBAN has the worst customer service i’ve seen in a while. If he hates his job so much, he should definitely apply somewhere else. His clothes seemed dirty and we didn’t even want to eat the food he prepared.
I know the quality of Tim’s has lowered in the past decade, and I am aware that it’s a minimum wage job, but they could at least say “hello”? Or keep their station and clothes clean, since they’re working with food?

Stood in line for about 3 mins waiting for “A” cashier to call next person. Ended up just using the self checkout machine to order two donuts. I understand it was a bit busy in the restaurant, perhaps have a sign or periodically check the line

Fast service, I usually order online on the app and I receive my order right away, no wait, no issues. Busy parking lot, great location, there’s a Power Yoga Canada next door, Burger Legend, and Mr. Sub.

Title: Disappointing Customer Service Experience
I have been a regular customer at this Tim Hortons location, but my recent experience on Christmas Eve was incredibly disappointing. I placed a breakfast order for my family, including vegetarian items. Since previous orders had been mixed up (e.g., sausage added to an egg and cheese order), I wanted to ensure everything was correct.
Initially, the cashier struggled to follow the order, but thankfully, another cashier stepped in to fix it. However, when we reached the drive-thru window, we encountered unprofessional and disrespectful behavior from the staff. Three employees were mocking us, rolling their eyes, laughing, and speaking in their own language. It was clear they were making fun of us.
I confronted them and asked what was so funny, but instead of apologizing, they continued their rude behavior. As a customer, I have the right to ensure my order is correct, especially when dietary preferences are involved. Mocking a customer for being diligent about their order is unacceptable.
I reported the incident to the supervisor, but she didn’t seem to take it seriously. This lack of accountability is disheartening.
To make matters worse, one of the staff members involved is someone I’ve noticed before for consistently poor customer service. She is often rude, unhelpful, and has a bad attitude toward customers.
I’ve never written a Google review before in terms of customer service, but I felt compelled to do so because no customer should have to endure such behavior. Tim Hortons needs to address the service quality at this location and ensure their staff is respectful and professional.

Went in there to make a quick pit stop around 11pm to grab something quick to eat. Employees looked at me and didn’t greet me or say can I grab you anything. Stood there for 5 min, place was completely empty. So after that time I just left. No point of bringing my business there. Good job Tim Horten’s, great customer service.
I frequent this location often. There is a lot of parking and it’s a warm atmosphere. I want to shout out one of their specific employees named Bert. He’s always friendly, speedy and kind!! By far one of the best people at this restaurant. Thank you to all of the employees who work hard day in and day out. We appreciate you.
Parking: Ample parking.
