I go in there last Thursday to order a LUNCHTIME BLT. I'm highlighting that for a reason. I came Into the store in a really good mood. Joking with the girls at the counter. Now I ordered the sandwich on a bagel. I'm watching the guy make it. Busy or not. One little piece of lettuce, two end cut tomatoes which were almost too small to see. Then he proceeds to put egg on it. Which he removed. I am allergic to egg. I still remained calm . He then proceed to put 3 pieces of bacon on it. I forgot to mention I paid for extra bacon. So he throws on 3 more. That's when I loudly asked for more bacon. An argument ensued. Yes I swore. The manager told me to call head office snidely. I said feed the sandwich to a stray dog. I did call head office. Big help that was. Now memo to the guy who made the sandwich. You need retraining. I ordered a LUNCHTIME BLT for a reason. First it comes with six pieces of bacon. I paid for extra. So 2 ×6=12 last time I did math. Don't screw people because they order on bagel. Go back to school if 2×6= 6 to you .

Nice environment. Both girls, Humber College students provided excellent service.This place is very very cold. The second time that I am in winter time and I noticed the same problem The cheap owner keeps the thermostat locked and saves pennies while the clients and employees freeze.

Well, Tim's years after Americans took over. Coffee became watery, no a happy place like before.
This Tim Hortons all Filipino people work but they all are not trained. It’s been a year now and every single time they do mistakes. Sometimes they burn my food and sometimes they burn my bagel or croissant and many things. And I have no idea what they all rushing for maybe they want to catch the train or something.I don’t understand Tim Horton what see these people to say to them go serve people but honestly these Filipino or Indian peoples don’t know how to serve their customer. Please keep responsible people not just for make money and give people burn food.Extremely disappointed with their services. I know you guys have so much pressure but you have to work with responsibility.Whenever I told them and say what I want they don’t follow my request.You people need to serve your customer with manners doesn’t matter how much he or she spending.And I don’t think some of them are trained and these people’s don’t know how to serve food to others.Tim Horton needs to follow up what customer needs.

Small place very crowded by people that don't even have a cofee of meal, they just sit down to talk and also leave the place so dirty. Well not Tim's fail is just the visitors.
