Been going to this location for the past year. The staff are always very friendly despite how busy and chaotic it gets for them. Our drinks and food orders are always correct and prepared with care. This is true for both in-store and drivethrough. This is a busy location but they manage to move the lineup pretty quick.

This is actually mainly drive through location, however it offers walk in & take out 👌👌👌 No washroom, but it’s totally understandable 😉
My experience was very good 👌 * Staff were very friendly 👌 * Waiting time was very little 👌 * My double double with milk steeped tea was as usually perfect 👌👌👌

I recently ordered a chicken Bowl from this location and I was disappointed to receive it cold. Unfortunately, when I brought this to the attention of the staff, they seemed to ignore my concern and only offered excuses rather than a solution. This left me feeling frustrated and like my complaint wasn’t valued.
I believe this location could benefit from improving both food quality and customer service. Ensuring that staff are properly trained to address complaints with care and attention would help maintain the high standards Tim Hortons is known for.

Then, when I finally received my food, employee Manjot handed me a cold meal. After asking her to reheat my loaded bowl, she did so, but unfortunately, I later discovered that my chicken wrap was still fridge-cold with unmelted, raw cheese.
I called back and spoke with their representative, who casually mentioned that “it happens sometimes,” blaming the grill for not melting the cheese or the veggies staying cold. But how does that explain the wrap being refrigerator cold? The service by MANJOT and her team was just unacceptable. This experience has made me think twice about returning to this location.
