I regularly come here for coffee and often for food, but my experience today has raised serious concerns about the freshness of the items being sold. This is not acceptable.
A couple of weeks ago, I purchased a cookie that was extremely hard. Although I was told it was fresh, it was very clear that it wasn’t. I was offered to have it heated up to soften it, but that does not address the actual issue.
Today, I ordered a bagel, and within an hour it became hard as a rock. This is not the first time I’ve encountered this, and I’m very familiar with the difference between fresh and non-fresh food. It is very evident that the food being sold is not fresh.
I strongly recommend that this issue be addressed immediately, or that prices be adjusted to reflect the quality being provided. If this continues, I may proceed with a formal complaint.

everyday I come and make a mobile order 5-10 minutes in advance, and they always prioritize drive thru orders with <2 minutes on their timer before my food/drink are even touched.

Cute and all that they renovated the walk-in area, however, ALWAYS CHECK YOUR ORDER BEFORE YOU DRIVE AWAY, OR WALK AWAY!!!! ALWAYS!!!!!!
Unfortunately 6 out 10 orders will be wrong! Not exaggerating!

Unfortunately, this Tim Hortons did not meet expectations. By 11 a.m. they were already out of sausage, biscuits, and pastries, which was very disappointing. The seating area is poorly maintained, with most chairs having torn upholstery. In addition and unfortunately, there were several homeless individuals inside and outside the restaurant asking for money, which affected the overall atmosphere. Sadly, I would not return and cannot recommend this location.

The reason behind this review is that, I have been visiting this tims almost daily and daily they have some or other issues in quality of serving and customer service but today I was there around 9:00 am I ordered Medium 3 milk which I usually do , but instead of it they serve me Steep Tea and Afterwards I told them they provide me a coffee but with a 1 milk. A good coffee is a good start to your day but facing such things makes the experience unpleasant. I wish you pay attention to it and provide better customer service. I love the staff over there no grudges just a suggestion or a feedback. Thanks

I would suggest the manager to have 5 minutes briefing about people cultures so when customer saying belt no bacon or only egg and cheese belt obviously he doesnot want port products i dont see its offended any body but same people who are being veg nobody say anything just advice thank u Not hearing the order putting order from her imagination ordered egg belt she put bacon and when i tried to correct her she is deny

Again today i ask for egg belt confirming egg and cheese
She made the egg and cheese and no tomato no letus something wrong is there this tim Horton became awful thank u

Worst tim’s ever I Ordered iced coffee with extra cream, extra syrup, less ice. Cup was half empty. Point of less ice is to get more coffee, not less drink. Very disappointing service. The staff said we can’t due to our standard and there was no name tag, I think she was from southeast asia.
