Tim Hortons Review – From zahra Tim Hortons is always a comforting stop for me, especially when I need something warm and filling to start the day. The Timbits are a sweet little treat, and I love the farmer’s breakfast wrap—it’s hearty, tasty, and perfect with a cup of steeped tea or a classic double-double.
But what really made my morning special was the kindness of John at the counter. He was so sweet, welcoming, and patient—it truly lifted my spirits. It’s rare to find someone who brings such warmth and positivity so early in the day. Thank you, John, for making my day brighter!

One of the worse tim Horton franchise in gta, customer service poor, the washroom’s always terrible , the flush rarely works. One time, they were cleaning I almost threw up cause of how irritating and unclean it was. The wraps are never wrapped properly.

Very disappointed. I came at opening time and my food was already cold. I ordered a caramelized onion pastry, but they didn’t seem to know what it was (maybe they call it something else). Instead of confirming, they gave me something completely different in a small box with a spoon — I didn’t even know what it was or if it was meant to be eaten. I’ve never seen that item at Tim Hortons before.
The staff was polite, but the food quality was really bad. This place seems to run only because of nearby workplaces, not quality.

1. They we’re playing Indian music on the speakers which may be illegal to play on fire alarm speakers 2. They were speaking a non English or French languages other that one girl because she was not part of their ethnicity which I felt bad for her as someone who worked in the food industry where the other workers did not speak English 3. I’d say the only good thing is the food but that’s just Tim Hortons
Overall it’s completely inappropriate to be playing non Canadian radio music that is neither English or French and speaking other languages infront of customers.

This Tim Hortons is located near my office, so I visit often. It’s a straightforward setup without a drive-through. The dining area is smaller than typical Tim Hortons locations, but there are outlets available for those who want to work while enjoying their meal or drink. However, it can get quite uncomfortable during peak hours due to limited seating for about 20 people. The washroom is simple separate room set up for males and females. The staff are excellent, and my orders are always accurate.
