I stopped by this Tim Hortons and ordered an everything bagel with cream cheese, but the experience was really disappointing. The bagel wasn’t toasted at all, and there was barely any cream cheese on it — basically just a plain, cold bagel. When I asked about it, the staff didn’t seem to care and their tone came across as rude, almost like I was bothering them by pointing it out.
I understand mistakes happen and not every visit will be perfect, but what makes the difference is how staff handle it. Here, there was no effort to fix the order or even acknowledge the issue. It just felt careless. Tim Hortons is a Canadian staple, and you expect at least a basic level of consistency and customer service. Unfortunately, this location really fell short of that.

I had such a wonderful experience at Tim Hortons thanks to the warm hospitality and excellent service provided by Rajbir,Noor, and Parveen. They truly went above and beyond to make my visit enjoyable. From the moment I walked in, they greeted me with genuine smiles and kindness, which made me feel so welcome.
The coffee was fresh and perfectly brewed, and my order was prepared just the way I like it. But what stood out the most was the friendly attitude and professionalism of Rajbir and Noor and Parveen. They showed great care for every customer, making sure no one left without a positive experience.
Tim Hortons is always my go to place for coffee and a quick bite, but staff members like Rajbir Noor and Parveen make it extra special. I’ll definitely be coming back again and again!
