This Tim Hortons is located near my office, so I visit often. It’s a straightforward setup without a drive-through. The dining area is smaller than typical Tim Hortons locations, but there are outlets available for those who want to work while enjoying their meal or drink. However, it can get quite uncomfortable during peak hours due to limited seating for about 20 people. The washroom is simple separate room set up for males and females. Cashier today was not happy working. Impatient, her tone was tough, idk what happened to her, but a little softer voice, less attitude would be a little nicer for a customer to receive, idk their being so entitled these days, the basic customer service is gone. 9:55p/nov18’25
