I'm disappointed with service that I get every morning. I arrive everyday around 3.30 am and it wasn't a rush hour time, eventhough there's nobody ahead of me but she always put me hold for couple minutes which doesn't make any logic sense for me. They should improve the services for their loyal customers.

Waiting in the drive through line for 25 minutes even though there was only one person ahead of me, ordered a large iced Capp and a supreme snack at 5:40pm only To be told they’re sold out of the supreme stack.
Settled for just the iced Capp. Received a poorly done iced Capp. I cannot understand how someone could look at it and be happy with it and think you’re doing right by the brand.

I visited this location today, March 17th, at 3:05 p.m. and was told a steeped tea would take 30 minutes to prepare, despite a full pot being clearly visible. The staff member was extremely rude, dismissive, and unfriendly when I questioned the delay. Please address this poor service and lack of transparency with the team on shift.

Inconsistent. Almost half the time they get my order incorrect through driveway.
Make them repeat your order back to you and double check what you get before you leave the parking lot, or you get what they give you.

I recently visited there and had lunch it was really yummy and i asked one of there employees name kanchan to suggest me something to try in vegetarian and i had wrap it was really good and also experienced great customer service
Very nice experience, served by kanchan and there was no need to repeat the order…she was cool and calm and let me select the order. The food and service both were good.
