I waited 20mins and n the parking lot for my order
Is asked if ranch sauce was in the bag
She said yes
As I had paid for it

But it wasn’t

I drove off and didn’t see it until I got on the road !!!

Long wait and disappointed at the lack of attention to detail on top of it !!!!

I visited the store yesterday around 8 in the evening and had a really good experience by the workers the girl at the counter was very nice and polite she helped me through the menu I’ve had really bad experiences at the other tim hortons but now i think i found a new fav store.

The staff here are extremely nice and really care about the customers. When I visited, there were only two people handling both the drive-thru and in-store orders, and the place was quite busy. They were working so hard and doing their best. My order was a little late, but I completely understand given how much they were managing. They kept apologizing for the delay, which honestly wasn’t necessary because I could see how tirelessly they were working. Big shoutout to those two employees – they truly deserve appreciation!

I frequent this Tim Hortons regularly, and for one it is VERY slow. They focus on drive thru and uber, in store customers come last.

The main reason I’m writing this review though, is the complete lack of care or attention to detail by the employees when delivery orders are packaged. Today my order was missing my son’s croissant, my fiancés bagel, my peach drink AND the bun for my chilli was so stale it was ROCK hard. Where is the care? Where are standards?

Do not waste your time and money here. I use to come here for breakfast and lunch in multiple occasions, the place is close to work. 9 out of 10 times they will get your order wrong. I had ordered a steak and cheddar sandwich and got ham instead. I mean, 2 different proteins…

Absolutely the worst experience I’ve ever had at a Tim Hortons.

I tried to order through the app for the $1 Iced Capp deal, but the app wouldn’t work. I stood in line, only to see another customer with the same exact problem. The staff gave him a large instead of a medium — but when it was my turn, they flat-out refused to do the same for me.

The tone and attitude they used with me were completely different. Rude, dismissive, and honestly it felt like racism. Two people, same issue, but two completely different treatments. That is unacceptable.

This kind of behavior is disgusting and unprofessional. I walked out feeling insulted, angry, and completely disrespected. One single staff member has now made me lose trust in the entire Tim Hortons brand.

I truly hope this review reaches the owner of this location so they can see how their staff are behaving with paying customers. If this is the kind of service Tim Hortons stands for, then it’s no wonder people are losing respect for the brand.

I will never step foot in this location again and I strongly warn others to think twice before coming here. Shameful.

The server at the counter was rude , didn’t have patience to take our order after 25 min of waiting they gave us sandwiches instead of wrap. Instead of acknowledging their mistake they blamed us.
They were also speaking in their native language while we were standing in-front of them . We have no idea if they were badmouthing about us or not since we cannot understand their language. When ask for refund their torn was loud as if they are giving us free money.

I like to go there, because is the closest Tim Hortons so I like the food and coffee. The service is fast. But I wish the place was cleaner. The floor, tables are a bit dirty. The food display area don’t seem very well maintained as well.

Place was filthy
Just out front now waited 10 minutes after my order go to the bathroom they had it blocked off
Myself and another gentleman just standing there
Only to find out there was no one even cleaning it
She walks out with a mop bucket from behind the counter
Blocked off for 10 minutes this place has been absolutely ridiculous every time I've come by here
I'll now drive out of my way just to avoid it

I am thankful the food's gotten so bad and the coffee is always inconsistent now add all Tim Hortons
My hundred dollars plus a month I used to put on my the app
50 is now lasting me an entire month
And I still have $18 on it the only thing good there now is the ice caps and that's still not always the case
Let's face it it's not Canadian owned anymore and they don't care
