Still the worst Tim's in Etobicoke. Ordered a latte and food, watched 20 coffee orders leave, got my food (within 2 minutes of ordering too) yet waited 15 minutes for my latte and I had to remind them that I had order one because the cashier thought I was picking up a mobile order. She made me a cold one....it's snowing outside and I ordered a warm one. This place consistently just gets worse and worse. Cashier also almost got my order wrong too.

Tables are dirty half the time and every time I decide to come it's as of I have to clean the table myself.

I recently visited this Tim Hortons location on a Thursday morning, and I was highly disappointed with the experience. The floors were visibly dirty, and tables were left uncleaned with trash and spills from previous customers. It was extremely unhygienic and uninviting.

The service was just as frustrating there was a long line of people waiting for their orders, and the staff appeared overwhelmed and disorganized.

Double check your banking if you paid and they say it “did go though”. Used the app to scan and pay. They said it didn’t work and to pay again. Opened my online banking and showed them it paid. Manager was rude. She said “this one’s on us don’t worry” even though I paid.

Never seen 2 tills open. Line up of 12 people yet 4 stand by the drive threw doing nothing. Guy ordering 23 orders, they refused to open second till. Giving customers attiture. BAD service.

This place is absolutely disgusting! Look at the bathroom there is piss all over the seat and no toilet paper! Ask the employee to clean it and they said they can’t clean it right now! Instead the employee goes and goes in the back of the store! If they can’t keep their bathroom clean why would I want to purchase food or coffee here! DISGUSTING! 🤮
