Worst timhorton . You can throw Canadian money in the trash , no one needs it . (Refused to accept cash.)
Great experience here. I usually skip the other Timmie’s down the road and go to this one as what order has more consistency than other Tim's, as from my own personal experience. I order an iced Capp with oat milk instead of the usual cream and it comes out good each time.

If i could go by not giving any stars for the service i would. Visited the store on Monday Morning Dec 2,2024. The staff was not at all welcoming. Very rude. Gave my order wrong and both the women were very rude and felt like they were forced to work there. The management should look into training their staff on how to be nice to people instead replying to every comment with a link.

Today Oct 27 2024 11:30 I visited this location and was very disappointed by the service. I went through the drive-thru, ordered coffee and a couple of flatbreads, and was asked to wait in the parking lot while my order was prepared. After waiting around 15 minutes with no sign of my order, I decided to go inside to check on it.
Inside, I was surprised by the chaos. There were about eight employees working, but no one seemed to have any idea where my order was or who was responsible for it. They kept pointing fingers at each other, and no one took ownership of the situation. Frustrated, I asked to speak to a supervisor, but that only added more wait time, as I stood there for a few more minutes before anyone came over to assist me.
When the supervisor finally arrived, she seemed unsure of the situation and hesitant to communicate openly. I asked her name so I could document my experience accurately, but she was unwilling to give it, which added to my frustration.Eventually, she told me my order wasn’t ready because, apparently, no one on the team knew how to prepare the food I had ordered. I felt like they weren’t trained properly, and their teamwork and communication were severely lacking.
In my opinion, a location like this, which should be a quick and convenient option, needs to address these staffing and training issues. Having eight people on the team, yet no one available or trained to complete basic orders, is unacceptable. There needs to be clear leadership and accountability, so customers don’t end up waiting endlessly without an explanation.
This experience has made me rethink visiting this location in the future. I hope management sees this review and takes it seriously enough to make some improvements in training, communication, and accountability.

The service is so slow their not even helping each other they dont know what multi tasking is.....my order is not right too i kept repeating it to the person whos taking my order but when i got my coffee the coffee is so bitter like as if theres no sugar in it....
