I had a very disappointing experience at this Tim Hortons. The customer service was extremely poor. Staff were rude, unhelpful, and showed no interest in assisting customers. I felt ignored and disrespected, which is unacceptable for a place that serves the public. I understand that work can be busy, but that’s not an excuse for bad attitude and lack of basic courtesy. Tim Hortons is known as a Canadian brand, and this location does not reflect those values at all. I hope management takes this seriously and improves staff training and customer service, because I will think twice before returning.
