If you order a sandwich with bacon, it will never be crispy, Also, when I went with my boyfriend, I asked for a large drink he asked for a medium, and then he changed his mind and said can I get a large instead? And the genius that works here gave him a medium drink and a large cup and tried to argue with us saying that my boyfriend said he wanted a medium in a large cup. He never said the word cup. All you need is a sprinkle of common sense to know that he wanted to switch to a large drink.

Went in at 2:40 PM and ordered a toasted 12-grain bagel with butter and cream cheese what I got was cold, stale, and barely edible. On top of that, the woman who seemed to be the boss was shockingly rude, dismissive, and her tone felt blatantly racist. No warmth, no professionalism, just outright hostility. This was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. Disgraceful staff, poor quality food , avoid this place at all costs.

Ordered half DD and half FV, i got water kinda drink which isnt fresh as well. I asked for toasted bagel with butter and add cream cheese and i got a Cold bagel with cream cheese. Listen properly to customers and what they want. We spend money not to eat this crap! So disappointed.

If i could put 0 stars i would these people are INCOMPETENT to a level that has not been reached yet they NEVER have NOTHING like its not literally YOUR JOB to make sure whatever is ON THE MENU AVAILABLE. Oh and I almost forgot that THEY DONT EVEN UNDERSTAND BASIC ENGLISH??? Takes 14 minutes for them to understand one item like hello????
