Worst experience!
Tim Hortons manager if you are reading this please consider the lady you put for store front who wears glasses and plain black jacket, old age, she dont know what customer service is.
I came this morning and ordered iced coffee she charged me extra espresso shot instead of foam and was blaming other things that distracted her while taking order. Did not say hii or not even smile looks very rude and dont even speak laud about the order.

Please request to change the lady from store front order this little gestures can spoil your customers day which just stated. And this has not happened first time. I work near by this tim location And i have been to this Tim Hortons many times but the experience with this store front lady has always been worst.

I came here today at 9:15 pm and ordered 4 coffees . No doubt the coffees were fresh and tasty and the service was not good at all. The lady who was taking my order was staring at me without any reason. And then we felt soo uncomfortable and left the store and she was still staring just like we made mistake to come here. I think employees should change their attitude towards customers and stop judging them .

I had a really frustrating experience with the customer service at this location. I ordered a chai tea latte, specifically the one made traditionally with a chai tea bag—not the newer version with syrup. I explained that I wanted the original, but was told they no longer make it that way. The staff member, Parminder, insisted that they don’t receive tea bags anymore and suggested I put a chai tea bag into the milk with cane syrup myself. That wasn’t accurate, as I’ve had this same drink at other locations, including Tim’s, where they always use a chai tea bag. It was disappointing to encounter such misinformation and unprofessionalism.
