If i could put 0 stars i would these people are INCOMPETENT to a level that has not been reached yet they NEVER have NOTHING like its not literally YOUR JOB to make sure whatever is ON THE MENU AVAILABLE. Oh and I almost forgot that THEY DONT EVEN UNDERSTAND BASIC ENGLISH??? Takes 14 minutes for them to understand one item like hello????

My experience with Amanda Dwomoh was good. Every time I come, she’s always been respectful and kind always making sure my order is right and on time.

I am so frustrate that I am writing this review, right after I received my order at this specific location.
Even after confirming and repeating the order for 4 times in person, they managed to mess it up. It was as simple as to give the a toasted bagel and cream cheese on side. If that wasn’t bad enough, they served 3 groups who had ordered after us (they all had bagel in their order plus other items). It took them 18 minutes to realize that we were still waiting on Bagel. After 18 minutes, they again asked us to confirm the order which we did. (If i had a pen and paper, i would write it and give because the ordering screens were not enough i guess).
I understand there might be some trainees on the team and there could be delays in order but least can be done is to serve food properly, for which customers pay.

This is an edit to my review of 1star to 5 stars.
Had an one time happening of some discrepancy in farmer's egg wraps that was highlighted to them. Upon my visit they promptly resolved with satisfactory replacement.
The corrective actions were prompted soon and didn't cease till resolved to my full satisfaction.
Thanks to the customer service team and all involved especially the manager their Harpreet, who most professionally took all necessary corrective measures and ensured Tim Hortons customers visit regularly uninterrupted.
Enjoy your drive-through and in-person visit at this outlet where their team tirelessly endeavors for customer service and satisfaction.

Lazy and literally don’t want to be there. Please quit and hire some Filipinas or old white women that actually care. If you don’t want to be there then just quit.
If we are paying almost 8$ for veggie bowl, plz try to serve fresh. I ordered for my kid, he almost ate half of the bowl after that i tasted it. It tasted weird. I am going to complain at city health care as its at health risk.

I would honestly give them a 0 if I could. Their customer service is horrible. Messed up my order and when I went to return it the girls had such a bad attitude. That is not a way to treat your customers if you made the mistake. Not coming back here or recommending anyone to come.
This location near my crib. They could put a sign on the first intercom to let ppl know that it doesnt work instead of ppl just holding up the line.

I just visited tims and I ordered a cilantro wrap. I have done some modifications in that and parvinder really served me very well. I must she had really made a delicious wrap with great hospitality
