I want to share my feedback about Krypal. She is truly amazing and very professional. I’ve been coming to this Tim Hortons for more than a year, but rarely has anyone helped me the way she did. She was friendly, attentive, and explained everything clearly.
When I came to the store, she greeted me warmly, which was a nice surprise beacuse no one greets in that store. I told her that I’m vegetarian, and she carefully guided me on the items and condiments I could choose. For the first time, I felt confident about my order without any confusion.
Her customer service made my visit pleasant, and she truly represents excellent service. Keep up the great work

Beautiful service from the afternoon staff especially Jerry, Sanjivani and Sunaina. These three are really nice and made my order a lot special. I liked Gerry a lot because he was very kind while serving me .

I was really disappointed with my experience. I found a hair inside my sandwich, which is completely unacceptable and unhygienic. This shows a serious lack of attention to cleanliness and food handling.

On top of that, it’s clear the restaurant needs to look after and manage their employees better ASAP, because situations like this usually happen when staff are overworked, rushed, or not properly trained.

I hope management takes this seriously and improves hygiene standards and employee care immediately.

For me I would never visit again.

The most amazing team at this Tim Hortons location. Everyone here is so sweet and kind, and they always make you feel welcome. They actually take the time to make conversation and never rush you through the drive-thru, which makes such a big difference.
