They are not mentioned for uber drivers to come from drivethru pickup order it was not good so please solve this

You should update your store hours on Google. It currently states that you are open 24 hours, but when I went to your store around 5:30 a.m., the entrance was closed while only the drive-thru was open. Please update it to “24-hour drive-thru operation” to avoid confusion.

They forget that they’re taking an order from a person standing right in front of them at the POS.
They kept looking toward the back as if something was missing, and after about 20 minutes, the one in glasses even confirmed the order again before finally making the steeped tea.

Unsafe place for all the women who is going at this location. Lots of homeless people are there and passing bad comments and teasing women, also disturbing people around them and best part is workers are not even complaining about them they are letting them do all this. If I talk about the place is very dirty and it smells bad and flies on the food

Service is worst. I ordered double toast everything bagel with extra butter. They forgot. When I asked again then after few minutes they give me bagel that was not double toasted but only heated up. We asked her to toast again but she didn’t. We refused to take it and she put in the garbage. They have no manners, no customer service. We gone back without that
