Workers are SOOOO slow and get every order wrong and the manager is very annoying and rude to her workers. Overall this tim hortons is GARBAGE im waiting In line and it’s been 30 min just for 2 people to go up and order these workers can’t work at all.😤

Tim Hortons will always be a classic go-to for me, and one of the biggest reasons is their donut box. It’s the perfect mix of flavors—fresh, soft, and consistently delicious. Whether it’s the classic Honey Dip, Boston Cream, or the fun seasonal picks, the box always feels like a treat to share (or not share!).

I also love their Ginger Lemon Tea—soothing, refreshing, and perfectly balanced with warmth and citrus. It’s become my regular order, and it never disappoints.

I’ve tried coffee in the USA, Madrid, Doha, and Qatar, but nothing compares to the comforting, familiar Canadian taste that Tim Hortons has. There’s just something special about it—smooth, satisfying, and uniquely Canadian.

The service is usually quick and friendly, and whether I’m grabbing something on the go or sitting for a quick break, Tim Hortons always feels familiar and reassuring. No matter the location, it’s a simple pleasure that consistently hits the spot.

gotta be the worst Tim Hortons I've ever been to. Nobody is even remotely trying to do their job even half decently. My orders are always wrong, nothing is ever warm, the workers aren't very respectful, and they are all insanely slow

Every time I walk into this Tim Hortons, I feel genuinely welcomed , especially when Mrs. Suham is working. Before I even open my mouth, she already knows my order. The attention she pays to her customers does not go unnoticed. She always greets me with the brightest smile and consistently offers the best service, wishing me a good day every single time.

This location isn’t that bad food wise, but they take FOREVER for the smallest order every time without fail. It’s always a 10min wait MINIMUM even if it’s just a donut. It’s honestly annoying idk why I keep going to this location. Over 20 active employees and it takes that long for stuff to get made? What a joke

I had a very disappointing experience today. I waited for over 35 minutes for just one coffee, and I still didn’t receive it. I had to leave for my class without my order, and my money was wasted. On top of that, the staff was rude and gave attitude, which made the experience even worse. The service was extremely slow and unprofessional. I really hope they improve their customer service because this was very frustrating.
