They got my order wrong I asked them to redo it . I wanted a small they gave me a large which took forever to come . By the time I got my small orange pekoe my bagel was cold. She offered to redo it and when it came she slammed it on the counter . I don’t know why it took so long when there’s so many of them. I’ve worked at Tim Hortons myself and this is very disappointing. They gave me .50 coins instead of placing it back through debit . I really wish they would redo some sort of training since this is the only Tom Hortons on campus . This really isn’t my first incident with them.

Every time I come here the coffee I get tastes so bad. the lines would be fine if the coffee was actually drinkable. so many times there's either grounds in the cup or it was made wrong despite them punching it in right. never actually got a good one still. also the hours posted at 7:00 on Fridays but they don't care that they're late on Fridays. always open at 7:30 regardless of posted time

Really doesn't open until 7:30. Was bad enough when they didn't open until 7 but 7:30 I been all over Canada and never seen the like if that from a Tim Hortons. Canadian sin. The amount of people waiting outside is ridiculous, and the staff they do hire ain't the greatest

I SWEAR TO GOD I ORDER A BAGLE WITH BUTTER AND THEY GUVE ME BACK A DRY BAGLES. Tim Hortons employees, Canadians like HEAPS of butter on their bagels. Please fix this I stopped getting bagles for this reason, thought o would get another one, it came back dryer then the desert. Please someone read this and talk to your staff.

Somebody needs to keep this old women “who always calls everyone mama” calm she works on coffee making side. She yells at you, almost throws your orders and rolls her eyes not one but multiple times. She does that to almost everyone. Oh God!! man students really have to handle her rude a*s behaviour every morning and for what? They pay for their food atleast don’t yell at them. Multiple people can order the same thing so if you don’t hear your “small coffee” especially when she didn’t call you name just be ready get yelled at . I truely wish someone talk to this Karen. She needs to be humbled because who the hell she thinks she is. I feel so bad for so many students that gets yelled at by her. All of us go to This time for coffee but always hesitate to grab coffee from her because 100% she gonna be taking her anger out by yelling lmao . This happens daily and I wonder manager doesn’t see this?? Or she the manager lol ? She gotta stop before some student actually humble her down lol.

Rude employees, slow service and always mess up your order. To make it worse they are combative and blame you when they mess up your order! It’s ridiculous.

Such horrible service and too many employees who don't seem like they are in a hurry to serve the long line of customers. Personal experience was I ordered a chocolate chip cookie after waiting in line for half an hour they tried to rip me off with an oatmeal raisin. When I called them out on it with a smile and giggle he thought it was a joke that he got my order wrong. Who ever is the manager of this location needs to train their staff about customer service and supervise them to make sure that they are following through with thier training
