Placed an online pick up order for medium cold brew which was $4.5 and it was showing that it is available at that location. But when i went there to pick up my order they said that they are out of cold brew, i was already getting late for my class so i just asked them to give me a medium iced coffee. Why don’t the disable the coffees that they do not have. It is very misleading and i just paid a premium price for a relatively cheap coffee.

I came in today to buy a couple of coffees, and as expected during the morning rush, it was very busy. I waited in line and was initially greeted by a short Black lady who was very kind and professional (I wish I got her name). She let me know she was finishing another customer’s order and politely asked me to be patient, which I appreciated.

When another employee, Tammy, called “who’s next,” I stepped up to keep the flow moving. Unfortunately, my experience with her was not the same. I felt extremely rushed, and when I paused for a second to double-check my order, she gave me a look, smacked her lips, and still ended up giving me the wrong items.

I understand that service can be stressful during a morning rush—I also work in customer service—but giving attitude to customers is not the way to handle it. If someone finds that level of pressure overwhelming, it might be better suited to work in a calmer location and not at a busy college campus. At the end of the day, customers are the reason the lights stay on and paychecks go out. Respecting them, even in stressful moments, is key to keeping a business running well. Her body language and behaviour gave the impression that customers were being treated as an inconvenience rather than valued guests, and that is not a professional way to approach customer service.

On a positive note, the same Black lady who first greeted me was incredibly kind throughout the entire interaction. She even helped correct the mistake on my order and made sure I left with exactly what I needed. Her professionalism and kindness stood out, and she turned what could have been a frustrating experience into a much better one.

i visited on thursday in the afternoon. the staff behaviour was really rude to us, especially the girl with the glasses i think they should learn how to behave with customers.
prices are too high for the students. I think you should take care of it. Thanks!

Monday, June 23rd, I placed an order through the app. When I went to pick it up around 3:30 PM, the store was already closed, even though Google listed the closing time as 5 PM. I tried calling the listed number, but it directed me to Humber College instead. I even saw a staff member walking out of the store, but she completely ignored the situation. This was really frustrating.

I went to Tim Hortons today and had a very bad experience. One older lady working there was very rude to me. I paid full price for my order, but she spoke to me in a disrespectful way and said I ordered the wrong thing, even though it was not my fault.

This is the second time this has happened with the same person. She was very aggressive and not polite at all. I am very disappointed and hope the management does something about this.

I had a really disappointing experience at Tim Hortons today. An older lady working there was extremely rude and had a bad attitude toward customers. She misunderstood what I said and then blamed me for it, which was frustrating and unfair.

Customer service should always be respectful and polite — especially when we’re paying full price for our food and drinks. Unfortunately, that was not the case here.

I don’t have many options nearby, so I still go to this location. But honestly, if I had a choice, I would not return. The staff seriously needs training on how to treat customers with basic courtesy.
By providing this kind of service they don’t deserve any kind of ratings.
