Always understaffed, taking too long to take orders and overcrowded. We have to wait at least 20 minutes to say our order

Me and my classmates got Food poison! and not only one time
I’m in my third semester here, and the food and service at Tim Hortons used to be acceptable. (it couldnt be good as this tims is one of the busiest branch) However, since the new team started this fall ( fall staff numbers are way more than previous semesters) things have taken a turn for the worse. Several of my classmates and I experienced food poisoning after drinking their coffee.
Additionally, the way they make coffee has changed significantly. They’re not using the machines anymore; they’re just pouring from random containers into our cups. This feels really unsafe and unsanitary. The ice coffee is warm too..also Farmer wraps size is various in the same order, and staff forgot to put sauce in it. very dry...
We are not dare to order from here again even not many food choices on campus

I only bought a small ice capp, and it took over
20 minutes to come. There was a group of people after me that ordered a bunch of ice capps (mediums and larges) and they got their ice capp within 5 minutes. They were served before me, and I wasn’t compensated for the wait time and horrible customer service.

This is the worst Tim Hortons location ever! The workers ignore you, and talk in the corner instead of making your order. They yell at you for simply chatting and eating your food at the tables, and blame you for messes you did not make, and were there before you sat down (they do not clean the tables, and often have wasps inside). The food is fine, but they constantly run out of stuff, their portions are off, and it takes forever for them to Complete your order. If you go you will also be standing in a large line rapped around the entire store with people standing in the doorways and making it nearly impossible to move around or get inside the building. The worst part is that I ordered food and they did not give it to me, I was trying to get the attention of a worker but they ignored me. I had to leave with $10 out of my pocket because the store was so full of people and very loud.

A literal death trap and hope things change before someone gets seriously ill! I swear I got heatstroke, waiting in a 4-person line for 30 MINUTES with no AC. I came in because I was about to pass out from heat and by the time I got my drink, my vision was blurry and I got really sick. This place is severely understaffed and they should’ve prepared better. ONLY 2 WORKERS ON ORIENTATION DAY IS A JOKE and one of which was a new hire and was shadowing their sup at a ridiculously casual speed considering the time I waited. I’m glad I got there early bc the line only got bigger and multiple people walked out, I was about to too! This is unprofessional and you are actively loosing customers who are likely from Humber Residence who want a place to dine regularly for the next 2-4 years of their lives like me! (Regulars=MONEY).

Absolutely terrible experience at tim Hortons this morning, the lady in the purple shirt, completely disregarded how I’d like my order made, did not tell the lady on bagel bar, and when I proceeded to let the lady in purple know it was wrong, she tells me they are unable to make the bacon crispy? Oh that’s funny cause I get the same order every morning at lots of other Tim Hortons and never have an issue, this lady was just being lazy rude and disrespectful for no reason at all besides she didn’t want to be there. And when I asked her to correct it she ignored me, than I proceeded to ask for her name and she blatantly ignored me and walked away, all while never trying to even attempt to fix my order, I asked for my money back if she wasn’t going to have it done right and got ignored as well, the lady on bagel bar was absolutely amazing I mentioned to her that I told the cashier crispy bacon and she took the bagel right back and tossed the bacon on the grill for me, if anything the lady in the yellow shirt needs a promotion and purple shirt needs to be fired.

Always understaffed, very rude to customers, very slow, always packed with people especially at lunch which makes it hard for a student, their breakfast raps are significantly shorter, one time i order 2 donuts and payed they then told me that they didnt have them because the sold them to someone else, they alwasy have a low supply on food, do not go here, even if the line is short they will still take 30 minutes to make your food.

The Tim Hortons is always understaffed. Very crowded especially during lunch/ after school hour. Long waiting time even tho there isn’t many order. Staff are not familiar with the process and always need to ask customer what they have ordered again and again. The hot food is ok but the drink is not decent. Also always running out of specific ingredient but not being able to update it on the mobile order apps. There are many other Tim Hortons around Humber College so better go other branch will be my advice.

My rating is mostly based on the time it takes for the workers to take orders and make the line move during busy or peak times. Being in the middle of two institutions (a high school and a college), this location should be run more efficiently. Having worked in a major coffee shop for years, there are standards and protocols for busier times, including more staff, well-trained staff, and a manager overseeing the work. I can't say I've seen any of these things at this location. As for the food, it is fine. At times, they run out of pastries but that is normal. As for the atmosphere, it is a rather small store with some seating. As the line gets longer, though, the space feels even smaller. I wouldn't recommend sitting here and doing work during busy times.
