Whenever I go to this Tim’s the coffee is so bad all week, for the first time on the weekend (Saturday) Josh made my latte and it was amazing! He is such a great worker the coffee was exactly how it should be made ! Thank you so much for the wonderful service. I wish it would be like this all week but they choose careless staff and don’t care about quality like Josh did .

I've visited around midnight to buy something, but unfortunately no one attended to me. I waited outside for over 15 minutes and tried calling several times without any response. I would appreciate an explanation, as this experience was quite disappointing. Please train your staff to attend the customers properly.

They put too much sugar in my ice cap and got my dark roast wrong. The dark roast tastes like regular coffee. The women’s washroom didn’t work. For roll-up-to-win, they gave me a regular cup instead of a roll-up-to-win cup. I will double-check next time to avoid going to this place. I checked the muffins in the app, and they didn’t have what the app said they had.

Cor took our order at the drive-thru and she was so kind, patient and friendly. We met Kim at the window where both ladies were smiling and pleasant. Needless to say to say this made our day! Nowadays it’s unlikely to be greeted with a smiling face, we appreciate you! Yummy breakfast as well :)

I went through the drive through and asked for no tomatoes, they literally repeated it back to confirm, then I got it with tomatoes so I go bag around and ask for them to re do it, they don’t have the original chicken and so I settled for grilled chicken, I tried to tell her what I originally had and she didn’t listen and rushed to get the other one and then I get my wrap and I don’t know what wrap it was but it was disgusting and not the original wrap I asked for. One mistake is understandable but this was ignorant and avoidable. Very unsatisfied with my order

I ordered a habanero rice bowl and was served lettuce that appeared to be expired, which is concerning for health reasons. I asked for it to be changed, but instead of apologizing or handling it professionally, the staff member with white hair (I believe their name is Zahreen, possibly a supervisor) was very rude and kept arguing, saying it wasn’t expired.
Food safety issues should be taken seriously, and the way this situation was handled was disappointing. I hope management looks into this and improves both food quality and customer service.
The food is the same but I am not a fan of their customer service and how the keep food clean.

I ordered Chicken Parmesan pizza, Garlic Bread, Roasted hazelnut cold brew with Expresso cold foam and cryspy chicken habanero wrap but they may be forget to give jalapenos, cheese and also habanero sauce; also got not enough expresso foam. I always order habanero wrap or bowl specially for jalapenos, that's why I am not satisfied with this wrap. They sould be more conscious about food accuracy.
