I ordered my bagel lightly toasted as most experiences I’ve had at Tim Hortons resulted in a burnt bagel; and they definitely exceeded my expectations. Does this look lightly toasted to you? Such a disappointment.

Went to get a pizza from this place at 5:30pm on Saturday November 9th. It was the bacon everything pizza, and it was a major disappointment. The bacon was over cooked, no sesame seeds, very little sauce. This isn't the first time of me going here but everytime I have gone hear it's been the same thing no matter what the food item I got. This afternoon/evening shift needs to fixed. The lack of effort for the food is extremely disappointing. I also got an ice cap with chocolate milk instead of cream and they didn't even blend it fully. Like I've said this isn't the first time I've had a bad experience but the other times were tolerable but this time is where the staff needs to be called out for there little care for food. Also one last thing they didn't even cut the pizza properly, when I got home I had to cut the pizza myself.
