I ordered a habanero rice bowl and was served lettuce that appeared to be expired, which is concerning for health reasons. I asked for it to be changed, but instead of apologizing or handling it professionally, the staff member with white hair (I believe their name is Zahreen, possibly a supervisor) was very rude and kept arguing, saying it wasn’t expired.

Food safety issues should be taken seriously, and the way this situation was handled was disappointing. I hope management looks into this and improves both food quality and customer service.

I ordered Chicken Parmesan pizza, Garlic Bread, Roasted hazelnut cold brew with Expresso cold foam and cryspy chicken habanero wrap but they may be forget to give jalapenos, cheese and also habanero sauce; also got not enough expresso foam. I always order habanero wrap or bowl specially for jalapenos, that's why I am not satisfied with this wrap. They sould be more conscious about food accuracy.

Loved this location and the staff . Food is fresh and the store is clean . It’s close by many amenities and has a huge parking space. Gonna be back again.

They prey on the fact you go there for a coffee and pick up your prescription from the Pharmacy next door. After you buy food/coffee, as soon as you walk out the door they no longer view you as a customer and issue a ticket.

They have “security” sitting in a car, not warning you, but waiting for you to take one step off the property so he can issue a ticket. Pretty pathetic, lots of elderly people go here because the pharmacy is next door. I’ll never go back to this location.

You are not considered a valued customer as soon as you walk out the door at this location. Thanks for the most expensive bean water I’ve ever had and tying up the court system with stupid tickets like this. (Security said “just fight the ticket” what a joke).
