I visit this Tim Hortons just about every business day, and I genuinely cannot say enough good things about it. The entire team deserves a huge compliment for the consistency, kindness, and care they show.
The staff are always welcoming, friendly, and professional. They remember customers, they remember orders, and they make every interaction feel personal. I regularly place fairly large orders for my team of fifteen people, and they never make it feel like an issue. They always prepare everything quickly, accurately, and with the same positive attitude they show to every customer. No, this review isn’t bot written, I just truly feel they earned this level of appreciation.
The service is fast, reliable, and always done with a smile. My orders come out exactly the way they should. The store is consistently clean and well kept, and you can tell the staff take real pride in their work.
This location sets such a high standard and the team absolutely deserves five stars.

Rudest service I’ve ever experienced at Tims. The girl who made my wrap slid it across the counter and walked away without saying a SINGLE word — no acknowledgment at all. Completely unacceptable and a clear sign that some basic customer service training is needed.

Staff are friendly and food is fresh. The problem I have is with the bathrooms. For example as I'm writing this the handicap bathroom has been closed for a minimum of 7 days with a couple of pylons in front of it to stop people from going in. When looking inside you can see that there is fecal matter in the toilet that has been there for days and instead of just plunging the toilet and getting a cloth and cleaning the toilet sink windows down and maybe mopping the floor which would take all of the about 10 minutes they just refuse to do it

I come to this location often when I am in the area. I do not live nearby. This is the best Tim Hortons I have been to because of the excellent coffee served at perfect temperature. My only concern today was my bagel was not as fresh as it has been on previous occasions. I had jalepeno; that is why my review was not perfect.

Wow , Tim Horton's.... where have you gone ?
I've attempted to order from this location several times due to its close proximity to my work.
Less than sanitary conditions, very poor service, communication is hard and orders were never correct.
There seems to be a lack of hygiene where the employees are concerned. Came on a hot Summer day and was knock out the door by the odor.
This seems to be the new norm for Tim Horton's in Canada. But this location takes the crown for being absolutely disgusting.
