I noticed that some of the staff members at this Tim Hortons often speak in their own language (Punjabi) while working, even when other team members and customers are around. It can make others feel left out or uncomfortable. Today, I also saw one staff member, Kush, speak rudely and make fun of a teammate, which was very unprofessional. I believe the management should encourage staff to communicate respectfully and inclusively at all times.

This location the workers are really direct and efficient with the orders. I want to thank H.Patel for her kindness, and serving me with grace. I would say give this Tim hortons a try, but also be patient because it could get packed due to the amount of people who show up.

My go to Tim's before work. Superb customer service from the night crew especially Tejinder. Even on busy nights they make sure to acknowledge customers coming in and make them feel welcome. Over time they've memorized the orders of their regulars which goes to show how much attention they pay to their patrons.
