I visited this location on Sunday evening after stopping for some gas. It was not busy at all. Upon entering, I was greeted and served promptly.
The gentleman that served me was very polite and although i didn't wait long at all, he still acknowledged me waiting, and offered an apology while handing me drink.
That surprised me and definitely put a smile on my face. Honestly such a great interaction.
My drink was made perfectly. Strawberry Yuzu with sparkling water!

The staff at this location are amazing! Such a busy spot but they are able to keep lines moving while maintaining guest engagement and quality of the Tim Hortons products. I will definitely become a regular to this location and i will spread the word.

This was the worst experience I’ve ever had at Tim Hortons. When I approached the counter to place my order, the cashier and another person named Amanda were watching videos on their phone and completely ignoring me. I said hello, and the only response I got was “give me a minute” and they continued watching their video and laughing which I find absolutely ridiculous.

First, they were using a cellphone while also handling food, and second, the complete lack of customer service and the disrespect was unacceptable. Only after they finished watching their video did they acknowledge me and take my order.

I’m never coming back to that location again, and I really hope this serves as a wake-up call to properly train your staff, they clearly need it.

Worst ever experience on Tim at this location
To begin with the girl had no intention to server , have zero sense of customer service
She almost threw the first bag of food on the counter and then i went agin to have one more of this the men working there treated me the same and give the twisted bag of food .

This is not the way to serve

Never ever coming back to this location.
