I usually don’t experience great customer service at Tim’s, but this location is different. I always visit late at night through the drive-thru, and they are consistently so kind, caring, and attentive. Truly appreciate the team here!

This is my local Tim Hortons and all is usually A-ok. Exception are the bagels with cream cheese. The amount of cream cheese added is crazy skimpy. It's not butter. It's cream cheese. I shouldn't be able see though it. thanks!

Very bad service they don’t care about kiosk order they always serve the order they are taking on counter and they will not inform you this is your order they always rude like they are in pressure. Please hire professional stafff not this shit

Absolutely the worst Tim Hortons experience I’ve ever had. I walked in to grab a quick bite, only to find workers actively cleaning air ducts right above the food prep area—dust, debris, and who knows what else falling while another staff member continued making sandwiches directly underneath. No attempt to shield the food or even pause service while this was happening. It’s shocking and disgusting. Clearly, there is zero regard for basic hygiene or customer safety here. If you’re in the mood to get sick, this is the place to go. Avoid at all costs.

The service at this establishment was highly disappointing, with staff displaying unprofessional behavior and providing inaccurate information regarding the freshness of coffee and tea. It is recommended that the franchise owner and district manager implement comprehensive retraining to ensure staff adherence to company policies and standards.

Extremely slow. Won't go back there.
Most of the staff was concentrated to serve drive through because they have timers for that and want to show the corporation that they are efficient, while people inside were lined up through the main door. Had to wait close to 30 minutes for couple coffee cups :(

Original review: In a pinch for time and hungry, We ordered two pizzas and watched both of them being made. Then, to our disbelief, we saw one of our pizzas handed out the drive-thru window to another vehicle. When I confronted the staff, they denied it and claimed the car “had ordered first”—which was impossible. I had been standing there for 10 minutes, clearly seeing several cars come and go while our order was being prepared.

Eventually, the woman at the counter admitted the truth: the drive-thru gets priority over customers who come inside. No apology. No accountability. Just a shrug and a “that’s how it is.” That kind of policy—and the fact that they tried to lie about it first—is completely unacceptable.

If you value honesty, fair service, or basic customer respect, avoid this place. We certainly won’t be back.
