Went in when they opened at 5am....Place was extremely dirty...Trash on floor....Garbage cans full.....Recycling bin blocking washroom access.....Which tells me the staff on the last shift didn't clean....Select few donughts.....One person working....So guessing he is the baker and cashier all at once....Talk your employees and remind them of the food and safety rules....

Diman has great customer service skills and I really appreciate her enthusiasm smile and patient with customers
I have been visiting this Tim Hortons for last 4 years, since they have changed the staff, the quality of food has got bad. You need to better train them. The coffee i get , is not completely brewed. It tastes like drinking mixture of water and milk. Their customer service is great but food does not taste same as it used to be🫶

I visit this Tim Hortons every single morning to grab my first coffee of the day, and the service is always top-notch! The team here is amazing — especially the guy on the morning shift who wears glasses (looks around 26–27). He’s always friendly, quick, and professional . Always get what i want! Fantastic job, bro! You make my mornings better — keep it up!

When you close at 11 but by 10:30 you don’t have a single donuts or sandwich…. Why to be open if you only serve coffee ????
The line-ups here are ALWAYS insanely long, now I'm sure the staffing for this location isn't organised and at the correct levels for the busy periods; further more I suspect that is the owner looking to save several bucks. Avoid during peak hours!
Not to discount the workers at all because they are great but the company can do better. Every time I come in the line up is 8 people deep and 1 cashier and 1 person making coffee. It’s a cofee shop in a gas station in a very industrial area. Being over staffed 6am to 6pm should be the norm. Dont just talk online about being Canadian- HIRE some Canadians. And pay them a livable wage. Please.
Tbc: it was 4pm on a wednesday and there was 1 person up front. Ive also been in here at morning and evening. Ive only ever seen 2 FOH staff.
Ordered 3 ice capps for guys at work at lunch. Working 2 streets away on Alderbrea…it took 44 mins…driver said he waited 25 mins for 3 drinks. Was charged double and given double the order somehow and not given 1 straw. WORST TIM HORTONS
AVOID THIS PLACE
Very slow service
